About Lin's Garden

Welcome to Lin's Garden, your local Chinese Restaurant located at 339 Chestnut St, Emmaus, PA 18049, USA. You can reach them at (610) 965-9300 or +1 610-965-9300.

As a Chinese restaurant, Lin's Garden offers a variety of dishes, primarily for takeout based on the reviews. One customer shared a consistently positive experience, stating that the restaurant and their food have never disappointed their family. They specifically praised the generous portions, particularly in their shrimp rice and lo mein dishes, which they noted always contain a lot of shrimp and vegetables. They also mentioned quick service for pickup orders and indicated that Lin's Garden is their go-to place for Chinese food.

However, another customer reported a very negative experience when attempting to place a specific order for their grandparents. They requested no onions due to an allergy and finer-cut broccoli due to chewing difficulties. This customer stated that the owner became upset on the phone, disregarded the no onion request, and claimed their broccoli was already small enough. As a result, the customer could not give the food to their grandparents. Upon trying the food themselves, they found it bland and flat-tasting, describing it as the worst Chinese food and service they had ever experienced. They also noted that parking was completely awful.

The provided reviews offer contrasting perspectives on Lin's Garden. While one customer consistently enjoys the food, generous portions, and quick service, another experienced poor customer service and bland food when making specific requests. The mention of "pickup order" and the negative parking comment suggest that takeout is a primary service, and the environment of the restaurant itself is not detailed.

Given the mixed feedback, local users may want to consider the potential for inconsistency in service and food quality, especially when making special requests. For the most accurate information on their menu, services (such as dine-in if available, takeout, or delivery), and any potential promotions, it is recommended to contact Lin's Garden directly at the provided phone numbers or visit their location.

I ordered the beef and broccoli combos for my grandparents to surprise them. My grandpa can’t chew huge broccoli florets and my grandmother is allergic to onions. I politely asked the owner to make sure there was no onions and asked if it was possible they make the broccoli a little finer. She started getting mad on the phone saying her broccoli is already small enough and she completely ignored the no onion request. I couldn’t give this food to my grandparents so I tried eating it to not waste my money and the food was so bland and flat tasting. Easily the worst Chinese food and worst service I have ever experienced in my life…parking was completely awful as well

Consistent and tasty, with good prices. Plus, I can walk there! What's not to love? I enjoy their fried tofu / bean curd dishes.

The food was American Chinese and the wrong sauce was on my entree of string beans and chicken. They had put sweet and sour sauce on entrees which should have had a brown sauce. Not very tasty.

My personal favorite chinese take out food. I've eaten there almost 20 years. Hours can be hit and miss but food is always good with generous portions.
