As they say, the juice is not worth the squeeze. The food here is not truly authentic and I wish the portions were better on the protein. The service is OK they’re not really accommodating when it comes to your food either (IE I wanted half veggies and half lo mein, and in order to do that they will charge you an extra side). I’ve never eaten there in person because I always use the drive-through but they move through pretty quickly so I guess the ambience is chill? Below is the rating of the food I ordered: *Lo Mein: 1/5 - flavorful but very thick and starchy *Mongolian Chicken: 4/5 - very well seasoned. *Miso Soup: 0/5 - I didn’t even eat it after the first few sips.

We ordered through drive thru. They forgot the sauce for our sweet n sour chicken. Crab rangoon has barely cheese in it. It used to be good. What happened???

So we normally get Lin's Express. Usually the takeout is good. Today the chicken was super dry. We could not eat it. My girlfriend was determined to get a different order but she forgot to take the dry chicken back. She got the new order but also a lot of attitude. The lady rolled her eyes at my girlfriend, so I am taking a picture and video of the chicken going in the trash. THIS WAS NOT A SCAM!

Ordered delivery, arrived fast and hot. Jalapeno Chicken: not the same recipe they use at the Lins buffet ☹️☹️ This was just sliced breast in salty brown sauce with jalapenos and onions. Not bad, but not what I was wanting. The buffet is fried chunks in a light sweet and savory sauce (w/ jalapeno and onion). Side of fried rice came with chicken: was brown from soy sauce, but mostly flavorless. No onions or garlic, a few dry shreds of egg. Only ate a couple of bites, not worth the calories Hot and sour soup: definitely spicy, but not much flavor besides that. Soft tofu, bamboo strips, canned sliced mushrooms. No woodear mushrooms (black stringy kind). Not bad but wouldn't order again. Fried "chips" that come with the soup: hard and overcooked. Oil was too hot when they cooked them. Have ordered from here 3 times, not impressed with any of it. Won't try again.

As a place we frequent, the service gets better and better every time we go! Food comes out quick and always delivered with a friendly attitude and welcoming smile by the staff! The chicken and egg rolls are always crispy and hot, along with the rest of the food served! My kids absolutely love the smoothie options and how they can mix and match the different flavors!
