About Lim's Chinese Restaurant

Lim's Chinese Restaurant, located at 2412 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032, USA, with phone numbers (602) 971-7830 and +1 602-971-7830, has been a local fixture for many years, with one reviewer mentioning its presence for over 35 years.

This Chinese Restaurant is known for several popular dishes, including excellent chow mein, orange chicken, egg rolls, sweet and sour pork, and fried chicken. Customers who opt for takeout often find the portions to be very generous, with one stating that a single order provides "two full meals."

Lim's offers a unique feature that sets it apart: a very affordable all-you-can-eat option, making it a go-to place for those looking to "pig out" on "heavy, yummy Asian food" without breaking the bank. In addition to dine-in, they also provide takeout at a great price, offering flexibility for different preferences.

The restaurant is described as a "great little 'hole in the wall' type of restaurant," suggesting a casual and perhaps unassuming atmosphere. However, one long-time customer, who has been visiting since childhood and even drives a significant distance to eat here, notes that the interior has recently been upgraded and is now "a lot nicer than what it was." This indicates that while it retains its local charm, the dining environment has seen improvements.

In summary, Lim's Chinese Restaurant is a well-loved establishment in Phoenix, known for its tasty and affordable Chinese cuisine. Whether you're in the mood for generous takeout portions of classic dishes like chow mein and orange chicken, or you're looking for a budget-friendly all-you-can-eat experience in a recently обновленный setting, Lim's is a strong contender. Its long history and loyal customer base speak to its consistent quality and value.

This place has been around since I was a kid, like 35 years. Excellent chow men, orange chicken, egg rolls. Sweet and sour pork, and fried chicken. I get the takeout, and it's two full meals. Four stars 🌟

I'm going to give this restaurant a 4 star rating. I have been coming here since I was 12 years old, and I am 32 years old now. I lived in North Scottsdale, and I drove all the way down 45 min away to Lim's because it's a great little "hole in the wall" type of restaurant! They just upgraded the inside, and it is a lot nicer than what it was. On a day where I want to pig out and have heavy, yummy Asian food, this is my go-to place. It's VERY affordable, and the best part is, it's all you can eat! You can also get takeout for a great price!

Dinner entry price for 1 adult: $16.50 plus tax/tip. They have a limited selection of food, but everything was at least "good" and their beef options were excellent. This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall place so that should be a plus if anything. Not the best food of all time but for the price it is above satisfactory.

I wasn't mad at it. A drink and Buffet for $20. The food was mostly good. I wasn't sure on the eggs / egg drop soup. A little funky. But the sesame chicken was good. The eggrolls were good. The fried rice was good. Chicken wings ok kind of overcooked but better than undercooked. Teriyaki chicken was very dry overcooked. The fried pork was alright. The orange chicken was average not huge on it. The chicken and vegetables were quite good. The inside of the place needs a remodel for certain. But it was swept up. Appeared pretty clean or as clean as you would expect an older restaurant to be. Staff were friendly. I'm kind of brutally honest when it comes to food. And I try a lot of it at all price ranges. This isn't a terrible spot. To be honest I'll probably return if I am in the neighborhood.

Buffet had about 10 main course options. I tried them all. Everything was tasty and fresh. The exterior is a little rough but don’t let that scare you.
