Li's Hot Wok Chinese Buffet

The food was terrible and low quality. The chicken wings were the best. The customer service was great!!!! They were very thoughtful. I didn't like the chef who cooked the fresh food he had a bit of an attitude. Unfortunately, due to the quality of the food, I will not be returning.

I've eaten here on multiple occasions and can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. They have the best hot and sour soup from any other places I've had it, of course their other options are great as well. All of the employees are very nice and the establishment is always clean. I always make an attempt to stop by for lunch whenever I am in the area.

Ate here at 4:15 today. All I can say is, yuck. Empty trays or food that had been sitting there for a while. Never came to refill any of the food. Once we paid our ticket, then they started bringing out new food. By then, we determined that we would never stop here again. Watched the guy, who was making the sushi, wipe his nose with gloves on, then proceeded to continue making sushi. Without changing out the gloves. Gross! What food we had had zero flavor. 3 bucks a drink. Every chinese buffet I've been to, drink was included. $31.45 for the 2 of us. We walked out and went to Jersey Mike's next door.

Horrible customer service!!! Been 3 weeks in a row. 1 week order missing food. 2nd week we had to be more diligent making sure we had everything. Family of 4 adults and 2 kids. 3rd time we noticed they over charged us. We told them about it. Said what it is on there website. They said they changed the pricing and had new menus. They lied. Their menu was sitting right in front of us when we noticed that we were right again. The lady was helping us. Mind you they didn’t even take are order correct and hung up before we could give them are name. When we arrived she asked what number we had. We explained we were not given one. Also the lady told the older man in there language that we had 3 order of egg rolls which is 6. He didn’t seem to like that but brought more. We believe he took are order. Can’t be upset with the customer if you don’t understand English clearly. Repeat the order to make sure it’s right would be helpful and not just hang up on a customer. When addressing the over charging the man came back over and said to charge for 2 Crispy Noodle (bag) that we had ordered 3. He keep saying I give you one for free. No dude they are .50 per 1 = $1.50 He put on the ticket 2 of those items totaling $1.50 what we should have paid. But keep saying he gave us 1 for free. No you didn’t!!!! They lost out household for business being nasty. So look on the middle picture at the bottom. Go look at their website also. The man got stupid for something that was their error not ours. Now you lost a good paying customer!! 🤷🏼‍♂️

We stopped here on a long drive. Very nice atmosphere and the small Hibachi items are included with buffet that includes raw oysters, shrimp cocktail and sushi! It’s the typical buffet style food, but the sushi and hibachi made it worth the stop.
