I recently had the pleasure of dining at Level Twenty Nine, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special night out. What truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Nicolas. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. His enthusiasm and passion for the food and drinks made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. His recommendations were on point! Nicolas consistently checked in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of. The food at Level Twenty Nine was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that showcased the chef's expertise. It's evident that both the kitchen and front-of-house staff are dedicated to excellence. Overall, I can't recommend Level Twenty Nine enough! If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience, be sure to ask for Nicolas – he truly goes above and beyond to make your visit memorable. I had a great time visiting Level 29. The space is beautifully curated—from the artwork on the walls to the glowing fluorescent paint, every detail adds to the vibe. The menu offers plenty of tempting options, and surprisingly, it wasn’t hard for me to decide. We kicked things off with some ceviche... how could we not? Then we dove into the quinoa risotto with salmon and the avocado maki sushi roll. I already know I’ll be going back!

We had an impromptu fabulous lunch at Level 29 today. Our food was delicious. We ordered the ají de gallina tostones, 3 ajíes ceviche, and the acevichado maki sushi. All 3 of them were beautifully prepared and our service was excellent! Nicolas was very attentive and extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing dining experience at Twentynine Peruvians & Asian! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, blending a modern yet cozy feel that perfectly complements the fusion of Peruvian and Asian flavors. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with bold, authentic flavors. The ingredients were fresh, and the fusion of Peruvian and Asian cuisines was masterfully executed. Whether it was the perfectly seasoned ceviche, the savory stir-fry, or the sushi with a unique twist, every bite was a delight. The drinks were just as impressive! Their cocktails were expertly crafted, balancing creativity with vibrant flavors that complemented the dishes perfectly. Old Fashion with Japanese Whiskey, and Lychee Martini. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff made great recommendations and ensured a top-notch experience.

Lisandra was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I had the fettuccine verde with skirt steak, and tried the alpaca mule and la picosa. I will definitely return.
