Let's Noodle

We really enjoyed our first experience at Let's Noodle. We got Dan dan noodles, pork dumplings, pork buns, and the kimchi slaw. Everything was very tasty and we loved the assortment of sauces that came with. I especially liked the scallion pesto. The service was very pleasant and accommodating. The space is very informal, but clean. We would definitely return.

The braised beef noodle was heaven! It was flavorful without being salty at all. The meat was properly tender and enjoyable to eat. Generous serving, too! Finally got to try this place, and it did not disappoint. From friendly and helpful staff, bright and vibrant dining area to tasty and freshly prepared noodle dishes. The staff truly enhanced my dining experience when what I ordered did not meet my expectations, she immediately offered to replace it. I felt valued as a customer. Would definitely come back!

Came here today on my day off before getting some things done, and it was a great decision to come here. Food: I have been trying to find Dan Dan noodles for a long time, and I found a place that does it pretty well. A large bowl with some great minced pork that went a long way to fill me. A lot of oil though so make use of their bibs / aprons. Aesthetic: clean interior with seating in the front and back and small order counter that’s sharp looking. Service: the two employees I met today we’re not only nice and funny, but the one gentleman pulled out a tide pen for a young girl who got oil on here (despite wearing an apron). Great service.

Fantastically good food for a very reasonable price. I had the braised beef and it was the perfect level of flavor and spice. Can’t wait to go back.

I had braised chicken noodle soup-it was amazing! The chicken was tender and flavorful, the noodles soaked up the rich broth perfectly, and the cabbage and bok choy added a nice crunch. The scallion oil on top took it to another level. Plus, the owner made it gluten-free for me. I even had enough left over to enjoy for dinner!
