About Lehigh Pizza
Lehigh Pizza is located at 13 W 3rd St, Bethlehem, PA 18015, USA. While the platform category is Chinese Restaurant and the request asks for an introduction as a liquor store, the provided customer reviews focus entirely on its identity as a pizzeria. They can be contacted at (610) 866-1088 or +1 610-866-1088.
According to one detailed account, Lehigh Pizza offers a "solid pie" characterized by a "good crust," "quality toppings," and being "perfectly cooked." The establishment is described as having a "classic old school pizzeria vibe" with "absolutely no pretense," fitting for a working-class college town. The staff, especially the manager/owner, is highlighted for being "super friendly and engaging," treating first-time visitors with the warmth of regulars. This customer was so impressed by the pizza and the staff's kindness (including a special offer of a coffee mug and t-shirt related to the pizzeria's memorabilia) that they expressed a definite intention to return.
However, a more recent review presents a contrasting experience. This customer found their medium plain pizza to be "undercooked" with a "bland" sauce and dough that was "soggy in the center and a thick rubber sponge cake everywhere else." They were also highly critical of the wings, describing them as very small and overpriced. The only positive note in this review was the "good" garlic knots.
Despite the mixed recent feedback, Lehigh Pizza seems to have a long-standing positive reputation, as evidenced by the first reviewer's nostalgic account and the mention of celebrating 50 years in business this year. It appears to offer a casual, unpretentious environment with generally well-regarded pizza and exceptionally friendly service from at least some members of the staff. However, recent quality issues with pizza and wings have been reported by one customer. It is important to note that there is no information provided in the reviews about Lehigh Pizza operating as a liquor store.
Based on the available information, Lehigh Pizza is primarily known as a pizzeria with a classic, unpretentious atmosphere and a history of friendly service. While there are conflicting recent reports regarding the quality of the pizza and wings, the positive experiences highlight a solid pizza offering and engaging staff. The pizzeria is celebrating its 50th anniversary. There is no mention of it being a liquor store or any related services or promotions.

I recently had my very first Lehigh Pizza experience as my wife and I drove through Bethlehem on the way back to Florida after spending Christmas in New York City. My wife was born in Bethlehem and lived there until her family moved when she was in middle school. She talks about the place lovingly and always mentions Lehigh Pizza when she does. She hadn't been back in decades, and I thought taking her to her old stomping grounds would be a nice treat. When I told her where we were going, she was super excited and the very first thing she did was google Lehigh Pizza to make sure it still existed. I was so happy to hear that this place that meant so much to her as a kid was still around. I was a little worried that the place might not live up to her expectations as we all have a tendency to romanticize and hold on a pedestal that which we loved as a child. I needn't have worried. It was our first stop in town and Lehigh Pizza did not disappoint. First, it's just a solid pie. Good crust, quality toppings and perfectly cooked. Second, the place has a classic old school pizzeria vibe to it with absolutely no pretense. Just what you'd expect and want from a working-class college town. Finally, the staff, particularly the manager/owner who helped us (not exactly sure of his title), was super friendly and engaging. They treated us like regulars even though nobody there had ever laid eyes on us prior to that visit. I would definitely go back for these reasons alone but wanted to share something else from our visit. When I was paying the bill, I noticed some pens in an old Lehigh Pizza coffee mug by the register. Don't typically see pizza places with their own coffee mugs for sale, but I inquired if they had any mugs for sale or any that they be willing to sell even if they didn't. I was told no initially. However, after hearing my wife was from Bethlehem and had literally grown up on Lehigh Pizza, the manager/owner offered, despite being busy, to go upstairs and look to see if he could find one. A few minutes later, he returned with a coffee mug and a Lehigh T-shirt he thought my wife might appreciate. The fact that he took the time when he could have easily said no and left it at that meant everything. Now, for the past month, my wife has enjoyed her morning coffee or tea every day from her Lehigh Pizza mug, sometimes while wearing her Lehigh Pizza t-shirt. It is a little piece of home and absolutely her new prized possession. Thank you, Lehigh Pizza and keep up the good work. I see you all will be celebrating 50 years in business this year. Congratulations and here's to 50 more.
Brick was closed so decided to give this place a shot after many recommendations. We got a medium plain 14”, 10 wings, and garlic knots for a total of $45. The pizza unfortunately was undercooked, the sauce bland, and the dough was soggy in the center and a thick rubber sponge cake everywhere else. The wings were all so tiny I couldn’t help but laugh when I opened them (a little smaller than my thumb). Idk where they found these anemic chickens but $18 for 10 of these is highway robbery. The garlic knots were good though.
Excellent service here friendly people and professional pizza makers I stopped in to have only 2 slices ended up eating more because the pizza was just that good the dough nice thin and crunchy the sauce on point for who ever comes by here I highly recommend this place
So I ordered a cheese steak with lettuce and tomatoes and fries with ketchup on it . This is what I got , I’m really about to cal ICE , cause they don’t understand
I just moved to Fountain Hill a couple of days ago and I tried Lehigh Pizza for the first time. Let's just say i now have a new favorite pizza place, the best pizza I've ever tasted, delicious! They say the secret is in the sauce, and boy is it ever! Absolute perfection! I had it delivered to me and it only took them 15 minutes. Delicious food, fast and friendly service what more can you ask for? Thanks guys!
