Recent customer reviews provide insights into the experiences of patrons at this Leeann Chin location. One reviewer reported a negative experience involving an incorrect order. According to their feedback, when they requested the order to be corrected, their request was denied. They stated that they paid for a two-item meal but only received half of it. Consequently, this customer expressed their intention not to return to this specific location and indicated they would not recommend it to others. This review raises concerns about order accuracy and the restaurant's willingness to rectify mistakes.

Another review detailed a similarly disappointing experience shared by a couple. Both the reviewer and their husband ordered two-item combo meals and were reportedly "not impressed" with their food, stating that neither of them finished their meals. They specifically described the Beef and Broccoli as "soggy and gross." While the reviewer found their Orange Chicken to be the better of their four entrees, they concluded that the overall food quality was poor. This feedback suggests potential issues with the preparation and quality of multiple dishes, leading to a negative dining experience for these customers.

Considering these two recent reviews, the overall sentiment appears to be negative, focusing on issues related to order accuracy and food quality. The first review highlights a problem with service recovery when an error occurred, while the second points to significant concerns about the taste and texture of key dishes like Beef and Broccoli and, to a lesser extent, Orange Chicken. These experiences suggest that potential customers might encounter inconsistencies in their orders or dissatisfaction with the food prepared at this Leeann Chin location in Eden Prairie.

As a Chinese restaurant in a competitive market, Leeann Chin in Eden Prairie faces the challenge of ensuring both the quality of its food and the accuracy of its service meet customer expectations. The feedback provided in these reviews indicates that there might be areas needing improvement in both these aspects to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

For local users considering dining at or ordering from this Leeann Chin location, it is important to take these recent experiences into account. The reports of incorrect orders and poor food quality, particularly the description of the Beef and Broccoli as "soggy and gross," could be significant deterrents for some. While one of the four entrees ordered by the second reviewer was deemed "better," the overall consensus was that the food quality was lacking.

The limited information available does not provide details about the restaurant's environment, such as its ambiance or cleanliness. Similarly, there is no information regarding any specific features or services beyond the apparent takeout and combo meal options mentioned in the reviews. No promotional information, such as discounts or special offers, is included in the provided text.

Given the negative feedback on order accuracy and food quality, local users might want to exercise caution when considering Leeann Chin in Eden Prairie. It may be prudent to explore other Chinese restaurant options in the area or, if choosing to try this location, to carefully review their order before leaving and to have realistic expectations regarding the food preparation.

It is worth noting that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be indicative of every customer's interaction with the restaurant. However, they do provide valuable insights into potential pitfalls that some patrons have encountered. The lack of positive feedback in the provided reviews further underscores the need for potential customers to be aware of these reported issues.

In conclusion, recent customer reviews for Leeann Chin in Eden Prairie, MN, highlight concerns regarding order accuracy and the quality of several dishes, including Beef and Broccoli and, to some extent, Orange Chicken. One reviewer reported being dissatisfied with the handling of an incorrect order, while another found the overall food quality to be poor. These negative experiences suggest that local users might want to consider these factors when deciding whether to patronize this particular Leeann Chin location. Without additional information about the environment, services beyond takeout, or any promotional offers, the primary basis for evaluation is the direct feedback on order fulfillment and food quality, which, in this case, is largely negative.

They got my order wrong. When asked to fix it, they wouldn't. Paid for a 2 item meal and only had 1/2 if it. I'm not coming back to this location, nor will I recommend it.

Husband and I both each ordered a 2 item combo and were not impressed. We both didn't finish our food. Beef and Broccoli was soggy and gross. My orange chicken was the better of our 4 entrees, but overall food quality was poor.

Ordered 2 item combo. The fried rice smelled a little stale. The orange chicken and green beans were ok.

Pretty good food, somewhat snide cashier but fine enough. Sort of a "high school cafeteria" vibe. Payday so went to buy some Christmas presents. A bunch of family is coming over to Minnesota for Christmas so we will try to prepare ourselves ahead of time

Had been over 10 years since I had gone there. Today I went and remembered why. Eleven dollars for their firecracker shrimp. It had no spice at all, was almost all breading and no shrimp plus dried out from clearly sitting out all day. Will NEVER return again. Horrible
