About Leeann Chin

Welcome to Leeann Chin, a Chinese restaurant situated at 1450 109th Ave NE in Blaine, Minnesota. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, Leeann Chin aims to provide local users with a variety of Asian-inspired dishes. However, based on recent customer feedback, there appear to be some inconsistencies in the flavor and quality of their food offerings. This introduction seeks to provide an objective overview of Leeann Chin based on the experiences shared by recent patrons.

As a Chinese restaurant, Leeann Chin likely offers a casual dining environment where customers can enjoy their meals on-site or opt for takeout. While specific details about the restaurant's ambiance and décor are not provided in the given reviews, it is common for such establishments to have a functional and comfortable setting designed for efficient service. The focus tends to be on the food and the convenience it offers to diners.

The services at Leeann Chin likely include both dine-in and takeout options. The provision of phone numbers, (763) 367-7970 and +1 763-367-7970, suggests that customers can place orders for pickup. Given its location in Blaine, it might also offer delivery services through third-party platforms, although this is not explicitly mentioned in the provided information. The core service is the preparation and sale of a range of Asian-inspired dishes.

Based on the limited customer reviews, there are some notable features and areas of concern regarding Leeann Chin. One reviewer ordered the coconut Thai chicken and expressed significant disappointment with the flavor. They found it to be "very bland" and lacking the expected sweetness, tasting primarily of "plain chicken." While they noted that the noodles were "good," the overall experience with this particular dish was "unfortunate" and surprising, suggesting an inconsistency with flavor expectations for this menu item.

Another customer reported a recurring issue with the quality of several staple components of their meals. They stated that the "rice and noodles taste burned," which negatively impacted the entire flavor profile of their food. This was not perceived as an isolated incident, as the customer mentioned experiencing the same problem on two subsequent visits after initially hoping it was a one-time issue. Furthermore, they indicated that if the rice was not burned, then the noodles were, and if neither the rice nor the noodles were affected, then the chicken was problematic. This feedback raises serious concerns about the consistency and quality control in the kitchen, suggesting potential issues with cooking times or equipment maintenance.

The repeated complaint about burned rice and noodles is particularly concerning as these are fundamental elements in many Chinese dishes. Such a pervasive issue could significantly detract from the overall dining experience and suggests a need for immediate attention to food preparation processes. The fact that this problem persisted across multiple visits indicates a systemic issue rather than isolated errors.

The negative feedback provided in these reviews does not offer insights into any positive features of Leeann Chin, such as specific dishes that are consistently well-received or aspects of the service that are commendable. The absence of such positive comments in this limited dataset suggests that recent customer experiences have been predominantly negative, focusing on issues with food flavor and quality.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. It is common for restaurants to offer various promotions to attract and retain customers. Local users are advised to contact Leeann Chin directly at (763) 367-7970 or +1 763-367-7970 or check their website or local advertising for any current specials, lunch deals, or family meal options that might be available.

In conclusion, the recent customer feedback for Leeann Chin in Blaine, MN, presents a concerning picture regarding the consistency and quality of their food. One customer found the coconut Thai chicken to be bland and lacking expected flavors, while another reported a recurring problem with burned rice and noodles, extending to issues with the chicken as well. These reviews suggest potential quality control issues that could significantly impact the dining experience. While Leeann Chin operates as a Chinese restaurant offering both dine-in and takeout services, prospective local users should be aware of these recent negative experiences when considering their dining options. It might be prudent to inquire about current food quality standards before placing an order or visiting the establishment.

I order the coconut Thai chicken and unfortunately felt it was very bland and despite expecting a more sweet taste. I just tasted plain chicken. Very unfortunate. The noodles were good and overall wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. Just surprised.

The rice and noodles taste burned which kills the whole flavor, I thought it was a one time patch and came 2 other times and same issue if the rice isn't burnt its the noodles if it isn't noodles it's the chicken. Please check the quality of the food.

I got some orange chicken and noodles here that were just appalling. The noodles tasted half cooked and also dry. The orange chicken didn’t taste like orange chicken, tasted reheated and a little spicy?? My sister had pot stickers that were hard but also chewy?? The rice was half cooked and over all the only good food item was the pre-packaged fortune cookies. My fortune said to buy more Chinese food…. The customer service was great and the store was clean though!

I've had server small issues at this location: 1) The chicken is almost always somewhat soggy 2) The rice is typically a bit dry 3) Food isn't usually hot / fresh 4) You don't always get a receipt, a bummer for how their rewards program works They do keep the location clean which is a plus. Overall solid enough if you want fast Asian food, and happen to be in the area.
