About Leeann Chin

Leeann Chin is a Chinese restaurant situated in a convenient location within the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, specifically in Concourse C at 6000 N Terminal Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30320, USA. They can be contacted at (952) 896-3606 or +1 952-896-3606.

Based on recent customer feedback, the experience at this Leeann Chin location appears to be mixed. As of April 13, 2025, online reviews indicated a low average rating. One customer who visited between terminals C and D found it to be a convenient option but rated their experience as a 2.5 out of 5. They described the chicken options as heavily sauced, making the crispy coating mushy, and noted that the orange and sesame chicken tasted indistinguishable despite the visible sesame seeds. The lo mein noodles were described as oily and lacking in vegetables. This customer also reported indigestion after eating and ultimately lowered their rating, advising that there might be better Asian cuisine options within the airport.

Another review detailed a significantly negative experience, alleging that the rice served was not fully cooked and deemed it a health concern for travelers. This reviewer further stated that when they brought this issue to the attention of the staff, the response from the counter staff was unhelpful. This customer went as far as to suggest that the airport authority should suspend the restaurant's food license.

Given these recent reviews, local users or travelers seeking Chinese cuisine at the Atlanta airport may want to consider these experiences when deciding to dine at Leeann Chin in Concourse C. While its location offers convenience, the reported issues with food quality and service are significant factors to consider.

So I’m in between C and D terminals on my trip, so I check out the Asian options. Leeann Chin was a convenient option so I decided to stop here. I look it up on Google and I see a 1.9 avg rating (as of 4/13/25) and think there’s no way this could be that low considering its location. Well, I’d give it a 2.5. It’s not terrible, but not great. Is it food? Yes. Edible? Yes. Flavors? Not great. The chicken options I got were all just heavily sauced, it just tasted like whatever sauce that seeped into the crispy coating of the chicken bits and made them just all mushy. Between orange and sesame, the only visible difference I could see was sesame seeds. They tasted exactly the same. Edit: 30 min after finishing, the indigestion is setting it. Would not recommend. Changing to 2 star. The lo mein noodles were also just meh. Very oily. Would have like maybe a little more veggies stir fried into them. If you’re looking for Asian cuisine in ATL, this is a convenient location being in the middle of C but there has to be better options.

Worst Airport experience. Airport authority should instantly suspend their food license. How can anyone be so irresponsible about airport travellers health. They are selling NOT FULLY COOKED rice. Its disgusting. When we approached to them telling the rice is uncooked, they lady on the counter was like, “well i can’t do anything about that.” Being a grown woman that kind of response is very pathetic. Incident time and date: Nov 13 Wednesday, time 3:05 PM Atlanta time

Food was terrible here. This is the worst American Chinese food I've ever had in the US. Everything there was just too salty and soggy. The food seems to be sitting there forever. Fried rice was the worst. It's not even fully cooked! I just tossed away$15 meal here.

very poorly managed restaurant. staff was selling food not yet made or behind on orders. they were stacking boxes with orders and not fulfilling them (pictured) until a manager type came out and made some order of things. 1 staff member was literally standing around until the manager came out. you can see there's food on the line but they weren't even putting any food in the boxes. felt like a scam until the manager came out. update: the green beans and Veggie rolls were the only items out of this meal worth eating. I wasted 25 min waiting for my food as well as $20 and it wasn't worth any of it

Very much akin to Panda Express style Chinese food — not the highest quality but a very affordable price and quite the quick service. Best for a quickie meal in between flights at ATL airport. Staff and service were excellent! I don’t really understand reviews wanting high quality Chinese food for such a low price and in an airport. People should already expect that their 10USD will not get them far in terms of quality cuisine in a busy airport — set your expectations! Again, not the best food. A bit oily. Not the freshest… but for this price in an airport? It’s a fair deal. 3 stars only though — which is also fair!
