Based on online reviews, customer experiences with Lee's Garden appear to be mixed. One reviewer initially decided to try the restaurant based on positive feedback regarding customer service and Facebook posts. They noted that the gentleman behind the counter was professional and friendly. However, their experience with the food, specifically the chicken lo mein, was negative. They described the noodles as having a stale texture, being mushy and tasting bad, with a sparse amount of chicken. The reviewer mentioned only being able to eat a small portion of the dish, even after adding soy sauce for flavor. They returned the food, and the staff member offered a refund or to remake the order, which was declined due to the restaurant being busy and seemingly short-staffed. Despite the negative food experience, this reviewer appreciated the courtesy and professionalism and expressed intent to try the restaurant again in the future.
Another customer reported a negative experience with multiple dishes, including the chicken fried rice, egg rolls, and cheese rangoon. They found the rice to be flavorless with an "old chicken" taste, the egg rolls to be soggy, and the rangoons to be stale. This reviewer stated that they would prefer Panda Express over Lee's Garden, indicating significant dissatisfaction.
Potential local users considering meal delivery from Lee's Garden Chinese Restaurant should take these recent reviews into account regarding food quality and consistency.

Customer Reviews
Upon reading other people's reviews and Facebook posts about this place, I finally decided to try it. most people say the customer service is probably some of the friendliest they've ever received, and I have to admit the gentleman behind the counter was professional. I honestly wish I could say the same about the food. I ordered chicken lo mein. It is one of the easiest dishes to make. The texture of the noodles taste like they have been sitting around for days. It was very mushy and tasted bad. The chicken was very sparse in the meal. I don't waste food. I will generally eat my food even if it's not to my expectations. But I literally only ate a quarter of my plate. My friend, I was sharing it with them, they took one bite and was done. I had to drown it with soy sauce just to give it any flavor whatsoever. Fortunately for me, I was still in the complex where the restaurant is located. I brought the food back, and the gentleman did look extremely genuine and upset that my food was not to my liking. Offered my money back or to make my food again. I refused my money based solely on the fact that it was a Saturday night it was an hour before closing, and it was actually quite busy in there. I did not have my food remade because it looked like they were short-staffed and just extremely busy. I will try the place again and when I do I'll give an update and hopefully change my ratings because I do like that people have given this High marks and the courtesy and professionalism I received from the gentleman deserves a second chance.
I gave this place a chance, and it was my last time ordering. I ordered the chicken fried rice, egg rolls, and cheese rangoon. The rice has no flavor other than the old chicken they used (it has that old taste). The egg rolls are just soggy spring rolls, and the rangoons are old AF. I’d rather get Panda Express than this, and I loathe Panda Express.
I have to find a new place this one is making the orders smaller and smaller. Feels like I am overpaying for rice. Where is the protein?? Anyone know a place that provides more entree than side dish ? A mountain of rice ! Smh payed for the larger size to be able to share with the family but definitely not the same portions as when I first started coming here
The food was so much better pre covid. Tonight ordered Gen Taos no flavor, not spicy, enough rice for 5 people. Would rather eat Panda Express. No indoor seating to go only.
I’m just disappointed this good total was around about $18 definitely not worth it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
