Pernil taste old and the rice wasn't taste like it was old heated up in the microwave not even fried😭. Good service and atmosphere just need to make the food fresh the same day

I’ve never had their food but, the condition of the Puerto Rican flag hanging on the outside of the restaurant is just unacceptable. Come on now, they are like $5 dollars on Amazon.

Got the pernil with pork and gandules first of all I have been to this spot before amazing and great people but today is that day but the prok was pink as you see in the photos and also burn very hard to bite very dry. the yellow rice with gandules was very wet and greasy I have never had this issue until now the Mofongo is good just need a little more flavor over all only eat the mofongo and some of the pernil that we not pink

My husband and I come (CAME) here all the time and muah 😘 chefs kiss the food is authentic and good .. but the last 2 times I’m starting to think 1-someone else is cooking it or 2-they just don’t care any longer to cook it the way they should because their is no flavor and literally the white rice is the best .. I don’t know if it’s cause my husband is black sadly and they may think he won’t know the difference.. but my husband is with me who is a Puerto Rican and he knows this is not it.. I hate to use the race card but if he would have came in speaking Spanish this review would not of been edited .. this is so disappointing.. and I hate to be honest but for what we paid this is horrible and no care at all..
