About Lao Di Fang

Welcome to Lao Di Fang, a Chinese Restaurant located at 773 51st St in Brooklyn, NY. As a Chinese Restaurant, we specialize in flavorful dishes, particularly those with a spicy kick, and offer delivery services to the local area.

Customers have highlighted some of our standout offerings. One reviewer who ordered delivery was pleased with their meal, noting that it "satisfied the craving for something spicy" and gave it a thumbs-up. Another customer highly recommends our spicy pots, which come with a base of beef slices, lamb slices, cabbage, and potato, with the option to add extra ingredients like glass noodles, pig blood, and enoki mushrooms for an additional cost. A notable feature of our spicy pots is the ability to choose your preferred spice level and type, offering both numbing Mala spice and regular spicy options. These soup pots are also mentioned to be quite generous in portion size, likely suitable for up to two people. Beyond spicy pots, we also offer other soup varieties like a golden pickled pepper soup.

Another highly recommended item is our pancake wraps. These feature a wrap similar to a scallion pancake filled with tomato, lettuce, egg, and your choice of meat or protein. This customer expressed their intention to order from us again.

However, not all feedback is entirely positive. One customer reported that their fish was "too salty," expressing their confusion over the excessive salt content, while still acknowledging the delivery service. This suggests that while many enjoy our flavorful and customizable dishes, there may be occasional inconsistencies in the preparation of certain items.

For those looking for a Chinese Restaurant in Brooklyn that offers spicy options, generous portions in their soup pots, and unique items like pancake wraps, Lao Di Fang is worth considering. We offer delivery for your convenience. For orders or inquiries, please call us at (917) 909-1351 or +1 917-909-1351.

Ordered some delivery from them and I was happy with it. It satisfied the craving for something spicy. 👍 The spicy pot that I got came with beef slices, lamb slices, cabbage and potato. I added glass noodles, pig blood, and enoki mushrooms to it (each with an additional cost). I like that you can choose the spice level to it as well as the type of spicy. They have numbing Mala spice versus regular spicy 🌶. They also have many other kinds of soups and pots to choose from like a golden pickled pepper soup and etc. (Also, these soup pots portions are quite big 😶... probably can feed up to 2 ppl) I also recommend their pancake wraps. The wrap is something like a scallion pancake and then inside has tomato, lettuce, and egg plus whichever meat/protein you want inside. I will definitely be ordering from them again tbh.

Too salty fish, I can't understand why so much salt is put in the fish. But thank you for deliver the food.

This place is underrated. They serve great spicy/numbing foods. The meal is very affordable and has good portion size. They have many meat and veggie options. If you have a late night appetite for hot and salty food I would come here. I would come back to this restaurant the next time I'm in sunset park.

After covid, my old dry hotpot place in the Feilong supermarket closed. So happy that this to discover this new spot that's just as good ! Now I have a place for my daily dry hotpot fix!
