About Lai Lai Gourmet Inc

Lai Lai Gourmet Inc is a Chinese restaurant situated at 5324 8th Ave in Brooklyn, New York. It serves a variety of Chinese cuisine to the local community.

However, recent customer feedback suggests potential concerns regarding the dining experience at Lai Lai Gourmet Inc. One customer who had a takeout order reported experiencing stomach issues for a day afterwards.

Another customer recounted a problematic experience involving an incorrect order (receiving large intestine pot instead of squid pot), unprofessional behavior from the waitstaff (including loud confrontation with the chef and cursing), and the replacement dish still containing remnants of the incorrect order. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the fried dough sticks order, and the overall service was perceived as unfriendly and unpleasant.

Given these recent negative reviews, potential customers may want to exercise caution and consider these experiences when deciding whether to patronize Lai Lai Gourmet Inc. For further information, the restaurant can be contacted at (718) 853-0828 or +1 718-853-0828.

We ordered two portions of squid pot side and one fried dough stick, and he gave us two portions of large intestine pot side. We told the waiter that her first reaction was not to help us remove it, but to confront the chef with a loud voice and curse. They removed it for us and replaced it with the squid pot. There were still some fresh large intestines floating on it. I We ordered fried dough sticks, but he said no, and then turned around and gave us a fried dough stick. The fried dough sticks were still a little far away from us. She felt super unhappy when she put the plate on her plate, as if she had dropped it on the table. She had to bear the brunt of spending money and didn’t eat it. After a few sips, it smells like large intestine. The picture shows how it looked when we left. Don’t go!

What rubbish? The noodles are sour and the fish soup is not hot.

There is no Fuzhou restaurant in New York that makes this fried rice noodle as delicious as this one. It’s very hotpot, this is the taste of neighborhood snack bars in small counties in Fuzhou.

Yesterday I went there to buy pot sides. An uncle went in first and ordered large intestine pot sides. I ordered 2 regular pot sides for takeout. While waiting, the uncle's large intestine pot arrived. He took two bites and said the pot was undercooked. I kept thinking about it, and then the staff took it down. After waiting for a few more minutes, I got my takeaway and went back to the office to work. When I opened my pot, I saw large intestines! ! ! I have reason to believe that the store handed me the uncooked pot that my uncle had eaten. If so, I really can’t accept the result! It makes me very sick and makes me want to vomit!
