Kyoto Japanese Restaurant

We arrived early 5:30 with no reservations and got seated fairly quickly.. i ordered the seafood platter and chose calamari & shrimp.. the chef was exceptional at grilling everything to perfection, seasoning, and entertaining each and everyone at the table. It was an experience to be remembered. My food was abundant and came out perfectly grilled and seasoned. It comes with soup, salad and even ice cream after words. I ate everything!! Despite the slightly higher price points than the average dining experience it was well worth it. I would do it again especially for special occasions. Thank you to our chef for enjoying what he does and sharing his talent with us 🥰

The service was excellent, dirty dishes were removed quickly, never sat with an empty drink. The food show was entertaining, our chef was fun! The food steak & chicken combo was delicious & so filling, ended up with enough leftovers for the next lunch!

Chef Paul was great with our son and made his birthday special. He has done this for two years in a row. He is a good person and you could really tell that he listens to kids. Thanks for the happy memories and we appreciate you very much.

We sat in the booth for dinner tonight and the food was amazing. The cooking tables look like fun but a little loud and crazy for us. The booth was perfect

Server was great, as was our chef. Outstanding service and delicious food. We haven’t been to one of these chef on the table japanese grill places in a while, but it was fun coming back for the foreshow. Most of the tricks haven’t changed much. You get the big fire ball at the beginning, the volcano, Choo Choo train… and of course, the delicious food. Our fried rice was a bit undercooked, but still somehow delicious lol. Probably the whole atmosphere and how the chef made the whole experience engaging. We had the filet mignon and shrimp. There are two types of shrimp - with egg yolk or with garlic - and both are amazing. I leaned a little more toward the egg yolk. I was full on the veggies! But the the food kept on coming… after the grilled veggies, you get your fried rice, then your filet mignon, some service shrimp, then the shrimp you ordered, and last the filet mignon. Definitely made me a second and third meal at home with the leftovers. So while the $49 price tag may seem high, note that you’re getting 2-3 meals here. Overall, a delightful experience, both for your eyes as well as for your tastebuds!
