But what truly makes this place special is the meaning behind it. The owner’s dedication to the community shines through in everything they do. Had the pickle plate, niko dongo, and tonkotsu ramn. All the pickles where good except the kitchen pickle personally, way too much ginger for me. Same thing with the Niki dongo, don't get me wrong I like ginger but the niko dingo was overwhelming for me. The top layer of the rice also tasted hard? Like it had been out for a while before we ordered it. The tonkotsu Ramen would have been good if I didn't know what tonkotsu Ramen tasted like. The Ramen was SUPER salty (and orange??) and the mushrooms in it where even more salty and for some reason sickeningly sweet. The broth tasted more like pho with a hint of tonkotsu. Other than that the staff where amazing and super friendly! And the beer selection and drinks where exceptional as well.

This was a great place to find when it wasn't busy. The best charred and spicy edamame I've ever had!

Love the atmosphere and the food was delicious, I usually hate mushrooms and ginger but I loved the mushrooms and ginger lemon soda they served here! And Eric with a C, last name G was an amazing waiter who had us laughing the whole time, and recommended the best items that we ended up loving.
