Great atmosphere, can order at counter or tablet. Pretty quick, nice selection! I enjoyed the Oreo smoothie, their BOBA was pipping hot on the bottom and some of the FRESHEST tapioca pearls I've had.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The environment was inviting & had great vibes. Best of all the boba was delicious! Definitely recommend.

The quality of the milk tea here was rather consistent. Been there multiple times. Convenient location too. Services were typically quick. You can also order online and pick up there. There was just one time I ordered hot milk tea, the cup was full and the tea super hot, I tried to remove the lid to let it cool a bit, it spilled all over and sort of burned my hand 🥲 afterwards I always ordered milk tea with ice Edit: seems like you can no longer order from their website, and ordering from third party app DoorDash will be pricier than if you order in their store

I’ve only been here a handful of times but so far I really like it! A lot of the other bubble tea places I’ve tried had bland tapioca pearls but Kung fu tea brown sugar pearls are deliciously sweet. The cheese caps here are very very thick and rich. The last one I had was a touch too salty 😬 but over all I’ve had good experiences trying different flavors. And there are a ton to choose from. My favorite so far is the coffee Wow drink.

Probably my favorite bubble tea location. They have a lot of options to choose from, prices are pretty normal compared to other bubble tea/ craft beverage locations. I love the Thai milk tea, it’s my go to. They also have slushees, I love the mango one.
