About Kuai Asian Kitchen

Kuai Asian Kitchen is a meal takeaway service located at 13710 Dallas Pkwy G in Dallas, Texas. Operating under the platform category of Chinese Restaurant, it offers food for takeaway to local users.

Based on recent customer reviews, the experience at Kuai Asian Kitchen has been overwhelmingly negative. One reviewer described the food as "awful," stating that neither they nor their coworkers could finish their meals and suggesting a need for taste testing of the cooked items. This reviewer even indicated that any Chinese buffet would be preferable.

Another customer expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating "absolutely a no for me." While they found the place aesthetically cute, they heavily criticized the food quality, deeming their lunch a total waste of money and time. They specifically described the dumplings as not being typical dumplings, having a dark, completely mushy, and unpleasant-tasting filling. The bowl with dark meat was also reported to be just as bad, consisting mainly of unseasoned rice, tasteless cabbage, and a gelatinous sauce. This customer's nearly $20 lunch was ultimately thrown away, and they strongly recommended eating elsewhere.

Given the consistent negative feedback regarding the taste and quality of the food, local users seeking a meal takeaway from a Chinese restaurant may want to consider these recent experiences. Ok the place is clean but the food is awful. Me and my coworkers can’t finish the food. Someone needs to taste test what’s being cooked. Would give any Chinese buffet a 10 after this.

No...just absolutely a no for me. The place is aesthetically cute but they need to rethink this big time. Total waste of my money and time for lunch. The dumplings, not really dumplings at all. They are sitting in some steamer to be packed up but the inside is what scared me. As a fair shot I tried it, dark, completely mushy contents in the inside which tasted rather unpleasant. That was a no. The bowl with dark meat just as bad. A bowl of mostly unseasoned rice (sitting in some warmer tray I assume), chicken, tasteless cabbage and the "sauce" they poured over the top was gelatinous. Another try and again it just was awful... my almost $20 lunch went straight in the trash. You're better off eating somewhere else for sure.

I ordered my food, tasted it and could not eat it. The chicken did not look like real chicken and the dumplings were awful. Took one taste and had to leave. Good luck I hope things get better. It did not suit my taste.

The restaurant is very cute and clean. The service is good and you get your food quickly but it seems to come at the expense of the quality of the food. My husband ordered a dish that was supposedly really popular and it was drenched in sauce and the meat in both our entrees was rubbery and unappetizing. He ordered the Tokyo Chicken and I got the Marsala chicken. If you go, I would recommend not getting a chicken dish. The dumplings were good, I like them steamed. My husband likes them better fried and wasn't a fan. The meal came with a free fountain drink and a froyo cup. The froyo was good and the price was very reasonable, which again, may be an indicator of the quality of the food.

The food was ok. It wasn't bumping like I wanted. But edible. I mean if you want something and a calm atmosphere then this is a place to go. I wanted spring rolls and beef broccoli. It's what I got but it's not my usual taste of beef broccoli. Our first place we chose was Banana leaf but that was closed on Mondays. And the dumplings were also ok too. Not sure what kind of soup that my mom got but it had hearts in them. Soo cute.
