Loved it! Our waitress was kind and patient to explain everything to us. We ordered the grill and the hot pot. I've been to one other Korean BBQ and they cooked the food for us. However, I prefer this restaurant because we cooked the food to our liking. The hot pot was delicious, I had the healthy broth with lamb, bok choy, spinach, and some other stuff, I can't remember. They give you enough and not too much, which I appreciate it. I will definitely come back!
Highly recommend. I recently visited with a girlfriend, and I’ve already been trying to plan the next time I can visit again. We went on a Saturday, where the dinner menu is available all day. It’s $30 for either AYCE hotpot or kbbq OR $35 for both. We obviously went with both. We told the waitress it was our first time there, and she was really sweet to explain how it all worked, how to use the tablet, as well as give recommendations. When I asked her to help me pick between two broths, she gave a resounding vote to the Korean seafood, and I’m so glad. It was delicious and the lobster balls, roe balls, tofu cakes, shrimp, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and taro root were perfect with it. My friend got the tonkotsu broth, which she said was also yummy. Once we placed our first order with her for our soup items and kbbq items (beef bulgogi, short ribs, and her recommended angus chuck flap tail,) we went to get sauces and sides. There is an abundance of sauce options, but they do have some recommended combos for you. I went with soy bean paste, sweet and spicy sauce, and sesame oil. I also got a plate of pickled radish, radish kimchi, regular kimchi, and a salt & pepper chicken to try. Once we were back at our table, everything came pretty quickly. The veggies were all placed on one tray and the raw meats were each on their own separate plates, which I appreciated. I also liked that there was cooking spray, tongs for raw meat, and tongs for cooked meat. Halfway through our first order, we were able to order whatever else we wanted on the tablet at our table. It was nice to see pictures of everything, so I ordered more of my beloved lobster balls, spicy bulgogi, and beef cheek. I ended my afternoon with a plate of cherries, oranges, and sesame balls. Keep in mind there is a waste fee if you order too much and don’t eat it. Everything was delicious, and I had a fun experience. It was slightly overwhelming with all the options and everything going on at once, but I loved it. Will be back many times, I predict.
KPOT is the perfect spot for those who love delicious and affordable hotpot and BBQ. The broth is rich, the grilled meats are well marinated and the ingredients are always fresh. With a spacious setting and fast, friendly service, it’s an ideal place to gather with friends and family. The Thai Tom Yum broth is the best option, offering an irresistible balance of sour and spicy flavors. A fantastic choice for a quality meal at a reasonable price!
First experience for me and my wife. The staff was great! Lexi(y?) was attentive, informative and friendly. Food was really good. I recommend that a party of two in a booth sit on opposite sides of the table as sharing one side makes the table kind of crowded with bowls, plates, food, etc. We had a nice time and we will go back.
Very good! Lexi was extremely attentive to my girls and I, she made excellent recommendations! Also the manager Bryan was very nice 👍🏻 I think we found our new K-BBQ spot!
