Always busy and crowded. We (2 people) came here at 12:45pm and waited for about half an hour to be seated. Ordered a lot of traditional dim sum that we will usually order at similar restaurants. The food is good but not that impressive. Some of the dishes are a bit too sweet for me. The service is really efficient. And the portion size is big. For 2 people, 4 dishes are definitely enough. Overall it is worth a visit.

Attended a banquet dinner last weekend. The food is delicious and very authentic Cantonese style. Always love their dishes and quality of food. The service team was great, frequently changing dishes throughout the night. Great restaurant for celebration and their dim sum is also very good. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try if you are looking for good Cantonese style dishes.

Hmm the service is ok, but the food is really not the best. Perhaps it’s dinner and brunch dim sum would be much better. Crab meat with tamago tofu was way too salty for me to handle. BBQ pork was a joke where EVERY piece was dry. The only dish I was impressed was duck meat with corn stir fry, but looks like an easy dish to cook at home! Other dish like roast duck, and beef chew fun were ok, average level. Indeed, their free appetizer and dessert were their best dishes tonight. Would I come here again? For brunch, maybe. For dinner, sorry. Ah, don’t forget there is a mandatory 18% service fee.

Koi Palace is definitely a solid choice when you're craving dim sum, and it rarely disappoints. While it’s on the pricier side, the quality of most dishes is really on point. Some, like the black bean clams, didn’t quite live up to expectations. Also, the portion size for things like the tripes could be better—though it looked like a good amount, a lot of it was just green onions under the meat. The service, unfortunately, could use some improvement. We had to flag down a waiter to check on an order we hadn’t received, and while they offer tea, we didn’t get water unless we asked. Plus, sauces and dipping bowls only came when we requested them. Overall, it’s a great spot for dim sum, but there’s room for improvement.

The Chinese food here is truly authentic and absolutely delicious—I enjoyed every bite! The owner is warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly hospitable, making the whole experience even better. We were a group, and the great company, combined with the fantastic food, made for a memorable time. The lobster salad was definitely a standout. Highly recommend!
