Kitchen No.1

I have been coming here for years. Out of all the Chinese restaurants I have tried in this area/city if Bridgeport, this is hands down the most CONSISTENT. I don't know how they have their recipe so foolproof, but it's working. I know that if I order the sesame chicken today, tomorrow and next week, it will taste the same each and every single time. Also, customer service is A1. Great job y'all keep it up. I look forward to many more years of enjoying your amazing food.

Something disgusting was in the food. Look closely and you’ll see spikes. Definitely a creature. Stay clear. Never will get my business again.

Came here at noon on a Wednesday, 10 minutes after placing my order over the phone. I don’t understand why my won tong soup would be cold and soggy. Either they gave me someone’s canceled order from earlier or warmed up left overs from yesterday. I am very surprised because I expect better from here.

I called to informed about missing food from my order. WAS put on a long hold, So I hung up and called back to I told the rep no need to send the missing egg role, I just wanted her to be aware and also only 3 duck sauce in my bag for a $65 order. She didn't apologize she told me the person said they put it the bag. I told her I was not in the bag. I will not be ordering plus the rice had too much yellow coloring, chicken was dried and Customer service not good at all. The food use to be good in the past and this experience was terrible.

The presentation was great!!! The prices are reasonable!!! Customer Service was good!!! Good portions for the price...The food is ok!!! The lo mein was really greasy, boneless ribs were dry, chicken hard...It's typical Chinese food...1st time I have had chinese food since the pandemic hit so maybe it's just been too long & my taste buds are different now.
