The food here is generally good. Tonight the shrimp and beef fun rolls were cold and felt like they were made earlier in the day. The rest of the items were served hot and tasted delicious. The service was impeccable to my surprise. Was it because there was only one other group of 6, or was it because the boss and his family were there, or did the service genuinely improve?? This place is huge and I’ve seen it packed. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

I seldom come here now, and when I do, it's only because of friends. Every time I come here, I want to complain about the waiters here. Their service is not the worst in the United States, but worse. The most amazing thing about them is that they treat people differently! The waiters at the American table just patted their shoulders and smiled, while the waiters at the Chinese table all looked like they owed me money. I just want to ask, are you not happy with the tips every time? The food is really not that good, the service is rubbish, and they still have to calculate the percentage of the tip per person! You don't deserve it!!!

It's located on the 2nd floor of an old building. Easy access to I-75. Lots of old customers. If you don't know the process, you will have to figure it out yourself. Servers won't explain it to you. BBQ pork is too dry for us. I was hoping they have more dim sum selections. It is expensive to eat Dim sum, I will shop a few stores.

We came here on Labor Day. It was hard to find parking. The restaurant is spacious but people were all over the place waiting for table. It’s pretty chaotic. We were lucky to have a table for our big party after 10-15 minutes wait. I liked that they do pushcart style going around tables asking if you want any items, and there is also a hot counter where you can order freshly made pan fried items such as HK waffles, Lo Bak Go, Gai Lan, etc. Food was generally good, authentic with decent selections of dimsum items, and priced well. Unfortunately, their service was super slow and unprofessional. One of their staffs had a bad attitude to a person in my group when he just simply asked for red vinegar and chili oil. We also had to flag down their staffs several times because they didn’t come to check if we needed anything.

The dim sum is decent, with a fairly traditional selection of dishes. However, the service is incredibly poor, despite several carts passing by, no one gave us an order sheet or even tea. In the end, we had to ask for it ourselves. When it came time to pay. The waiter/waitress were standing around chatting in the corner. We waited quite a while, and in the end, it was a kind Latinx server pushing a cart who helped us find a waiter to get the bill settled.
