King Wong Chinese Food on 7th Street

Food was old burned and unbelievable that it was sent out for people to eat. Manager or cook simply replied with a no on replacing it with something new or refusing to return my money👎👎👎🗣️🚧🚧🚒🚒

Passing through Phoenix and want a for sure good spot to stop. This is not that far from 19 and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food we ordered. Generous portions of Fried rice and even the Hot & Sour soup had the best flavor of any Hot & Sour soup I have had. The crab puffs did not have much crab, but they were full and puffed, again better than others. They were not overcooked. Everything tasted wonderful. The cook, server and cashier was friendly and he was busy but did not slack on service to us.

My order was prepared really quick. I ordered on DD & picked up from store. Saved about $10 this way. Easy to find, huge sign outside. Only 2 cars in the parking lot around 1400 March 1, 2025. Ordered shrimp fried rice. Huge portion, lots of shrimp, fresh rice, very flavorful. I didnt stay to eat so I cant say too much on the ambiance. But seems to be a well runned restaurant. Will definitely make this my go to for Chinese fix seeing ita right around the corner from me. Great customer service also.

As a customer for 6 years plus. Place has gone massively downhill. Just tried to place an order for delivery on the phone, she told me oh no just use an app. I told them I had been ordering delivery over the phone for years, do I have to use the app? She said yep and literally hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she said she would now take my delivery order. When asked why she couldn't 5 seconds ago she ignored it completely. I asked to speak to the manager again and she hung up the phone. Now they will not answer the phone. Absolutely piss poor workers you have there now. Will never order a thing from your restaurant again which is sad because I enjoyed your food and the delivery driver was a good guy that we chatted with every time he came. Good luck with the business if you're going to continue to run it like this. We will not be back.

This is place is great! They make the food to order and you can taste the difference. Algo bien!!!
