About King Wong Chinese Food

King Wong Chinese Food, located at 2545 N 32nd St in Phoenix, provides meal delivery services of Chinese cuisine to local users. Recent customer reviews, however, indicate significant issues with their food and service.

One alarming review detailed a customer finding multiple pieces of metal, possibly from a grill cleaning brush, in their lo mein. This resulted in a severe physical reaction, including vomiting, and the customer stated they would be seeking legal counsel due to food safety concerns.

Another customer reported several problems with their lunch order. They stated that the fried rice was brown, bland, and lacked flavor, and the crab puff contained a minimal amount of cream cheese. Despite being told the delivery charge would be waived for their first order, they were still charged. Additionally, the delivery took two hours, significantly longer than the promised 15 to 20 minutes, and the food arrived lukewarm. This customer expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating they were overcharged and under-delivered and would not order again.

Based on these recent reviews, it is advisable for local users to be aware of the reported food safety hazard and significant issues with order accuracy and delivery time when considering King Wong Chinese Food for meal delivery. You can contact them at (602) 954-8088 or +1 602-954-8088.

At first it wasn’t bad until my throat started to tingle and I look down after consuming a little bit to see metal in my food, is this from a grill metal wire brush? There was multiple in my lo mein, here I am at work throwing up constantly right now, now I have to go home and lose paid hours due to food safety hazards, I will be calling my attorney.

The owner is the nicest lady, she gave me free dinner and the world would be a better place if more businesses had half the kindness this lady had. The beef with broccoli was delicious too!

These people have no idea what they’re doing e went in today to pickup the order firstly they didn’t have even HALF the stuff that we ordered but it’s on the menu and we ordered just two orders of chicken and lo main and ended up with two giant plates piled high with rice and less than half the box had chicken in it like we didn’t order a box full or rice with three pieces of chicken we ordered a whole two orders of different chickens for 10+ dollars and they couldn’t even have the decency to let us know we’re basically paying 12 bucks for mainly rice.
