I’m not gonna lie the food is great but the person who takes the order is very nasty and rude and has very poor customer service skill s very rude and it’s every time I order

The food here is pretty good, my family loves the steamed shrimp dumplings, but my issue is the service. The women who take your order and serve you food need customer service training, they ALWAYS behave as if the customers are annoying them. The young girl speaks to people on the phone as if she would just rather hang up on them rather than take their order.

Food is great but lady who answers phone is horrible. If someone orders fried rice and doesn’t ask for meat….that means it’s a plain fried rice. Don’t you know your own menu?? It’s not rocket science, and you definitely shouldn’t scream at the customer or hang up the phone cause you don’t know how to talk. You shouldn’t own a business if you can’t treat customers with respect. You lost another customer rude lady!

Wow I wish I saw the reviews before I went. Lady at the front is very rude for no reason 😒. I was all smiles went in for chicken wings and fries and I asked the lady to sprinkle some salt on my fries and squirt some ketchup on the size of the fries.... got my food and realized she didn't put the ketchup or the salt. I KINDLY asked her for salt on my fries and ketchup on the side... she caught an attitude and told me that she already had put ketchup packets and salt packets but she did as I told her she walked to the back and literally dumped a SPOON OF SALT ON MY CHICKEN.. on my chicken I didn't notice till I left. But I did tell the guy that is someone is having a bad day that they shouldn't deal with the customers.. a mess never again.

The lady answering the phone it’s the rudest person on earth no patience wants you to order how she likes she will b better off working at a zoo just rude food is terrible expensive , whenever they want to yeahhh they raise the price according to how their sales go in the day I live a block away I know zerooooo from me
