King’s wok aurora (Eola road)

My review is based off of my first and only visit so far. I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken to go. It came with a small box of white rice. The large order of chicken was large indeed. Lots for leftovers. The chicken and rice were hot and tasty. Sweet and sour sauce on point. Service was good. No complaints.

Currently my favorite Chinese restaurant. Go there Friday after work for their Chicken With Chinese Vegetables combo platter. Have never been disappointed in the food and the service is prompt. But the the lady there recognizes me. I'm usually the only eat in customer but they are always busy in the kitchen so I guess they do a lot of carry out that's ordered online or by phone. Decor isn't fancy but hey it's a small place with no waiter or waitress. Just good food.

I'm only giving this a two star because customer service was pretty decent and nothing bad at all. With that being said... The food was terrible. The beef fried rice was extremely soft, dry, and salty. Not even fried at all and the beef was very soft. The Lo Mein was mediocre and extremely salty once again. I would not recommend this place at all even if it is your last resort. There are definitely better Chinese food in your area plus I paid twenty dollars for a Large Beef Fried rice and a small Lo Mein. Even the cookies were stail.

I love this place. The food is consistently delicious and the owners are really nice. I’ve been eating in the restaurant more often lately and the tables/silverware have always been clean. Michelin should 3-star this place if they haven’t already. 🙂

They may charge a 4% fee if you pay with a credit card and make sure to ask for your change if you pay with cash... did not get change back but chalked it up as a tip for one time when dining inside. They should not charge penalty charge if using a credit card which is better for the customer than dealing with cash and you may not get the change back.
