For those with a penchant for Chinese cuisine, the restaurant offers a variety of classic dishes. Based on customer reviews, the potstickers come highly recommended, described as having the "right balance of wrapper and filling." This suggests a meticulous approach to preparing this beloved appetizer, ensuring a satisfying texture and flavor. The availability of Chinese-style eggrolls, noted for their crispy texture and superior quality compared to convenience store versions, further indicates a dedication to providing well-executed traditional favorites.

The Japanese offerings at King's City are equally noteworthy, with the shrimp tempura roll receiving enthusiastic praise for its "great flavor" and "perfect size." The inclusion of miso soup on the menu, described as "delicious" with a "complex flavor" potentially derived from soy or fish sauce, highlights the restaurant's attention to detail in preparing this staple of Japanese cuisine. For my first visit to this HIDDEN GEM, I ordered potstickers, miso soup, and a shrimp tempura roll. The miso soup was delicious! I think it also had soy or fish sauce, making a complex flavor. The potstickers were the right balance of wrapper and filling. I also really enjoyed the roll. It had a great flavor and was a perfect size. My server was delightful-answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. I can't wait to get back.

I ordered the combo pho, eggrolls and a papaya salad. The service was very good, my water was refilled frequently without me asking. So the food, the pho combo comes with shrimp, beef, pork belly, meatballs; I asked to have the shrimp removed but forgot about the pork. Those 2 items changes the broth flavor in my opinion. The broth is herby and isn’t as salty as other locations which I like. The noodles to me were slightly over boiled and I mean slightly. The eggrolls are more Chinese style eggrolls, very similar to those you buy at kwik trip but much better quality and crispy. The papaya salad was good, but in my opinion the shrimp paste and padak was overwhelming; you will definitely need to get some sticky rice or eat a ton of those lettuces provided. Over all it wasn’t bad their menu is vast and a lot of options from Thai, Chinese, Lao, Vietnamese, Japanese…I’d go back again to give the other entrees a try and maybe those will be a better hit for me. They have Sushi Laab and $30 for 12 oysters chuked. I didn’t try but supposedly their Chicken Wing Laab flavor is very popular.

Quality fresh sushi. Seriously the best in the area. Huge fan of when a place has chunks of salmon in their spicy salmon rolls instead of minced with too much tempura flakes. King's does one better by topping with 7 spice. Could even taste a hint of sesame oil that was surprising and delightful. Spicy crab was also tasty, great flavor and not drowning in spicy mayo. Living my best life popping these tasty bits on the go for lunch today. I probably go once a week, coming all the way from Lindstrom. Owner is super nice too.

I have never dine inside King’s City. I’ve always Uber Eats or DoorDash from them. But their food is good. I will have to try dining in one of these days since I heard you get more varieties (such as more choices on sushi’s). But the number one food I always have to order is their Crazy Chicken. And maybe it’s just me, but leftover crazy chicken and their fried rice the next day tastes so much better haha (in my opinion). Definitely recommend ordering from King’s City! Their food is good. The flavors and seasons are on point. The few sushi I order from there are decent enough (again I will have to try more when I dine in).

Cute little Asian restaurant with reasonable pricing and good portions. When you walk in doesn't look like much, not fancy but nice sit down place. All the food has great flavor and staff were accommodating and nice. First time here and would definitely come back. Recommend a try. A little chilly in the restaurant so bring a sweater.
