The sesame seed chicken I ordered was under cooked. Contacted the restaurant and was told that the sesame seed chicken was a chicken thigh and that it looks dark… Sesame seed chicken is a white meat chicken! I will NEVER eat from this place again

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for yearsss but fell back after the last owners sold me food that smelled like ammonia. When I brought it to their attention, he broke it apart and told me it wasn’t bad (never mind the smell). I was beyond hurt because I spent hundreds (no exaggeration) and they couldn’t refund my money or offer to replace my order, AT THE LEAST??? I couldn’t believe it because they were always nice and friendly. Now, I’ve been noticing that the new owners don’t give as much food, the customer service could be better and they don’t give you any utensils as a courtesy. It’s not like it’s a mistake because it happened before. We shouldn’t have to ask for it! They did ask if I needed soy, duck sauce, etc. The general tsos is filled with filler and God only knows what else. Don’t be fooled by the taste, inspect your food and take care of your body because it is your temple!!

I should have read the reviews. Before Hurricane Micheal this was the best Chinese place. Today we ordered food from there and it was horrible. They don't give you as much and the prices have increased. The woman that answered the phone was rude and didn't answer the phone professional AT ALL. DO NOT GET THIS FOOD SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will be disappointed if you ordered from here because it doesn't taste like Chinese food at all.

This used to be our get it after work to take home chinese place, but the food is jus not good any longer we have been so disappointed the last few times. Chicken was over cooked and could not be chewed, and the sesame sauce tasted burnt. Gotta find a new place.

Been going to king house for years food has always been good. I can tell from the poor quality of food that it has changed owners. Food was complete trash ordered beef fried rice got 5 pieces of meat and yellow rice. And the Chinese vegetables I got were over cooked. Will never get my money again.
