I have been ordering from long chef for years however their service has been going down hill specifically from their customer service which is extremely poor to say the least. The person claiming to be the owner is unprofessional, rude, combative and rude. It is unfortunate that this location will lose business due to his behavior. They take Zero accountability for any errors on their part and are always willing to argue and not let you complete a sentence when speaking. i cannot believe the level of disrespect.. Save your money and go elsewhere because his tone with you will ruin your appetite. Sometimes great service takes priority over all else. Thank you making the point clear of your disgusting behavior. Addressing a women as bruh? The point is that part of the order was wrong! You don't understand English you thought I said "and" when I said ADD mushrooms. You took no accountability. You are ignorant and arrogant! I'll check on BBB to file a review there as well to include your response.

BEST takeout in all of Planation. They serve authentic New York style Chinese food and they have the best customer service. HIGHLY recommend everyone to try their General Tso Chicken, Dumplings, Shrimp and Broccoli, Bourbon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and their Wonton Soup.

It was perfect! the packaging of the food sooo clean and organized! The egg rolls were absolutely delicious ( hands down my favorite) we also took fried pork with garlic sauce and orange chicken sooo good ! And the service was great they were so nice 👍🏻

This is the lunch portion of the sesame chicken. The chicken has a nice ginger and garlic taste. It comes with an egg roll. Including the soda, my bill was $10.15.

So fresh and good I really don’t like Chinese food but this was amazing y’all deserve 5 stars me and my family of 5 will be ordering again and again our new spot
