Customer reviews for Kim's present contrasting experiences. One reviewer had an "AMAZING" experience, praising the excellent preparation of the food and the kindness of the staff, noting the restaurant's long-standing presence of 60 years as a testament to its quality.

However, another review described their experience as "Awful." This customer ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Egg Foo Yun, Orange Chicken, and Chicken Egg Rolls. They reported that the food was cold upon pickup and not what they expected. Additionally, there was an error in their order, as they received only 3 chicken egg rolls instead of the 6 they requested. The customer was disappointed that the restaurant did not offer the additional egg rolls, especially given their $90 total. They also criticized the egg rolls for being small, thin, and tasteless, and found the Egg Foo Yun to be unsatisfactory.

Considering these recent reviews, potential customers should be aware of the possibility of inconsistent food quality and potential order inaccuracies at Kim's, despite some positive feedback regarding the staff's friendliness and the restaurant's longevity.

Awful. We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Egg Foo Yun, Orange Chicken, and Chicken Eggs Rolls. When we went to go pick up the owner/worker stared at me while I was tipping. The food came out cold and not what I was expecting. Over the phone I asked for 6 chicken egg rolls, but they only gave me 3. When I told them they got the order wrong they did not offer the courtesy of 3 extra egg rolls. It would have been nice if they offered this, because our total was $90. All of the egg rolls are small, thin, and have no taste. The egg foo yun was no what we expected at all.

Its not the same, chow mein noodles are no longer skinny, cream cheese wontons are folded like a child did them, and way like less filling, and I can't even order my fish special the way I used to. Costs more for substitution and the noodles aren't even as good. I'm unhappy with these changes. I am happy to report that the flavor is still the same so I don't know if this should be 3 or 4 stars

This Chinese restaurant exceeded all expectations! The service was exemplary—attentive but not overbearing, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding, especially the General Tso’s chicken, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The ambiance was equally impressive, with stunning Asian-inspired décor and cozy lighting that set the perfect mood for a meal. It’s the perfect spot for both a casual dinner or a special celebration!

This little tucked in gem with a nice lunch special between 11 am- 2:30 is a must for casual Chinese if you're in the area. Staff was very courteous and quick with their service. The stand-out plates were the Shrimp with Lobster Suace and the Foo Young. There was plenty of indoor seating and I appreciated them following proper COVID protocol. I will say that found the egg roll and the wonton to be slightly stale and hard, but the main dish was perfect. I can't wait to go again. Also, please add chili sauce oil to your establishment, it would act as a wonderful flavor combination. 😋
