Based on customer reviews, Kim's Korean Restaurant provides a satisfying dining experience with promptly delivered and flavorful food. One reviewer mentioned it was the best Korean food they've had since being in Korea. While they were out of soda, the restaurant offers a selection of tea and soju (though noted to be pricier than in Korea). Popular dishes include the delicious pork bulgogi and perfectly cooked boki. The restaurant caters to American palates with non-spicy dishes and offers unlimited complimentary side dishes, which is highly appreciated by customers.

Another reviewer who drove from Pensacola specifically to dine here found the Korean food to be very authentic. They highly recommended the Korean seafood pancake and also tried the Korean BBQ and cold noodles. They noted that the cold noodles were a bit salty and could have been more refreshing.

A point to note is that the restaurant charges more for card payments. Overall, Kim's Korean Restaurant appears to be a great place to try authentic Korean cuisine in Fort Walton Beach, known for its tasty food and generous side dishes.

I had a great time here, food was delivered promptly and had great taste. Best Korean food I’ve had since being in Korea. They were out of soda, which is fine as I drink tea more and they have a good selection of soju ($13 though yikes, it’s 1.25 in Korea lol) the pork bulgogi was delicious and the boki was perfectly done. They make it for American pallets so it isn’t spicy at all and they do the unlimited sides of different side dishes for free which is awesome. Recommend giving it a try. They do charge more if using your card.

We drove all the way from Pensacola to dine here. The Korean food is very authentic. We had Korean seafood pancake, Korean BBQ, and cold noodles. The seafood pancake is highly recommended. The cold noodles were a bit salty and could be more refreshing.

This restaurant don’t really know what ‘customer service’ is. I regret I brought my family here. I wish people see my review before they decide to dine-in. You’ll not get a service you had from other restaurants. Servers are ‘RUDE’. And they think they know better than you do. It is okay to be knowledgeable. But their attitude is more like ‘Condescending’. Also, they keep comment on whatever decision you make or induce people to order more food making their feeling bad. Plus, they’ll charge you 3% of card fee that other place don’t if you pay in cash. On top of that, if you have a good amount of people, they’ll charge automatic gratuity(tip) of 20% on your bill. I wish Google has a 0 or 0.5 star review system for this type of restaurant.

First time trying this place I give it a 3.5 looks like family owned. The Spicy Pork Bulgogi was so good! The Beef Bulgogi was alright. Wish it had more flavor or seasoning. Side dishes were good and soju was fantastic! We came during 3pm on a Saturday so they gave us dinner menus. Spent around $65+ tip
