Karen's International Caribbean Grill

Horrible service! I called in for a Cajun chicken pasta with extra sauce, I even payed for the extra sauce! Upon arrival I was presented with a dry pasta. I asked politely for a side of extra sauce, I was denied a side, as well as denied a refund. I asked for a copy of my receipt that I had signed and I was denied that as well. We always try to support small family owned businesses but the service and the attitude that we received from the owner was a reason for us never to return.

my husband and I was introduced to karen’s a month ago and have been back more than 5 times already ! between us and my in laws we love it. pick up is quick and the food is always delicious WHEN WE GO! definitely try them out! jerk chicken is my go too!

I would like to thank Karen, Lihann, & the rest of the staff for an awesome birthday dinner! The food is amazing here & my family definitely enjoyed their entrees from oxtails, general tso shrimp, cajun chicken pasta, vegan spare ribs, spinach with chicken alfredo, fried corn, fried okra, & shrimp eggrolls. The jerk chicken & the cajun blackened salmon pasta are my favorites as well. I love the relaxed atmosphere with a fine dining experience. I really appreciate my large party being accommodated & the great customer service! I wasn't able to get any pictures because everyone dug in as soon as their plate was placed on the table! I go here a lot, so I will have pictures to post soon. Update: Grams decided she wanted to celebrate her birthday here as well. Thanks again to Karen, Corey & the rest of the staff for making her day! Great time, great vibes, great food & the best Jamaican restaurant!

I loved the food, everything was served fresh, nice presentation and tasted great. We had the Jerk Chicken, Vegan Pepper Steak and Jamaican Barbeque Wings. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Despite not being a big fan of Jamaican food, I had a good experience and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant has a touch of elegance, it's nicely decorated.
