Kaliubon Ramen & Poke (Wethersfield)

Everything from the service, ambience, food and music was A-1! Really enjoyed the wings and the ramen was tasty and filling. 10/10! I like that they have a lunch special as well. The pork boa bun was superb and so was the tempura shrimp roll(it was crispy and super fresh and flavorful). Loved this place!

Decided to try this place for lunch and was not disappointed! All of the food was so fresh and flavorful, the staff is so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable, and the prices are great compared to other places. I would definitely recommend!!!

Good food, worth the hype. Ramen are around $17 each and you get eleven ramen selections. We only tried the first option - the beef Ramen and it was good. The broth tasted like pho likely because of the beef broth but the meat and noodles were great. The dumplings are good and so are the five spice wings. The staff were all coordinated and helped us at eag point, everything came out in time and just as requested. Overall a good dinning experience.

If you like ramen, this place - both the Wethersfield and West Hartford locations - is a must-try. I've eaten at some of the top ramen spots in Manhattan, and all of them paled in comparison to Kaliubon. Some of my favorite items on the menu include the soft shell crab bao (the cajun aioli on these is to die for, and I'm normally not a fan of aiolis) and the truffle shoyu ramen.

Kaliubon Ramen Slaps! Having frequented this Wethersfield establishment for over two years, we've never encountered a subpar meal. Korean Wings and Brussels make an excellent appetizer duo. Our latest visit included the Kaliubon Ramen, Curry Ramen, Brussels, and a Honeydew Milk Tea with Boba – all delicious. This milk tea experience may convert me. For authentic Ramen, this location comes highly recommended. Please note that its popularity and size can lead to waits, though bar seating and take-out options mitigate this.
