Called ahead for order. Told 15 minutes. Got to the dirty restaurant 15 minutes later and behind a walk-in 2 person order. The people who ordered in the store got their food before me. 30 minutes later after I had already paid, got my food with a too bad attitude from cashier! Food was ok, nothing special. Run down needs upgrade, dump hole in the wall atmosphere. Don't pay and walk out if you order is not ready when promised!

This was the first time I've been here and I ordered 6 wings (lemon pepper), fries and a steak and cheese egg roll. The wings were way too salty, it was so bad I had to remove as much of the skin and seasoning as I could just to eat them. They were also really small so I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth, and there were only two sticks of celery and one carrot. The fries were good and the steak and cheese egg roll was pretty good, but I probably wouldn't order the egg roll again if I went back. Based on this experience alone I'd probably rate it 3 stars, but I'll leave it at 4 since there are a lot of other items on the menu that I haven't tried and the staff was really polite and helpful. I was really hoping to like this place because it's so close to my house, but I just wasn't too impressed. I may give it one more chance and try the hibachi next time.

Best and easiest way to get mall food without needing to go the mall. There isn’t a single thing I’ve had so far that’s disappointed me and they’re super fast with their orders even during busy times. Will continue coming here for as long as I can!

I ordered shrimp fried rice from Kaito Wings and Hibachi, and it was an absolute disappointment. The rice tasted like it was cooked in old chicken oil, which was both off-putting and unacceptable. As a pescatarian who hasn’t eaten chicken in over 15 years, I could immediately tell something was off—and it made me feel sick almost instantly. It’s clear there’s a lack of care in maintaining quality or cleanliness in their cooking process. This place is in desperate need of a surprise inspection to ensure they’re meeting basic health and safety standards. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone who values fresh, properly prepared food. Save yourself the stomachache and go somewhere else!

Omg!!! Best wings and they're FAST. Easy to place order over the phone. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.
