Despite being listed under the platform category of Chinese Restaurant, Kain Na-Filipino Cuisine specializes in authentic Filipino cuisine. Customer reviews highlight the deliciousness of their food, particularly the lumpia, which is a favorite. One reviewer who ordered the chicken teriyaki with mixed vegetables and steamed rice found everything on their plate to be tasty.

The service experience appears to be somewhat inconsistent. One customer noted a delay in their order, a missing item (tea), and a perceived lack of staff attentiveness when trying to pay. However, another reviewer described the service as good, noting a constant flow of to-go orders, suggesting popularity for takeout.

The environment of the restaurant has received mixed feedback regarding cleanliness. One customer reported unclean tables and floors in the dining area, as well as an unclean restroom with a broken urinal and sticky floors. In contrast, another reviewer did not mention these issues, focusing instead on the positive aspects of the food and service.

A notable feature mentioned by one reviewer is a stage area that suggests the restaurant may host karaoke or music nights, potentially adding to the ambiance in the evenings. The music selection during one daytime visit was described as loud and not Filipino.

The presentation of the food is positively highlighted, with one reviewer attaching pictures to attest to the beautiful layout of each plate.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Dropped in at around 1 pm on a Sunday. The place only had a few people dining. Ordered tea and chicken teriyaki with mixed vegetables and steamed rice. I noticed my table was not clean and noticed other tables were also not clean. My order took a while to arrive and when it did finally arrive my tea was missing. After all the negative encounters I was surprised how good the food was. Everything on my plate was delicious. I especially liked the lumpia’s. After I finished I waited for the check total but it looked like all staff were on a long break. I waited at the counter for someone to finally show up to pay. Some other things that were off here is the selection of music was loud and definitely was not Filipino music. I used the restroom and noticed it definitely was not clean and the urinal was broken. I also noticed half of the dining area floor was definitely not clean as my shoes were sticking to the floor.

I'm so lucky to have friends with good suggestions lol. When they said Filipino food I went straight to the thought of lumpia. I have always enjoyed a good lumpia. They have one! LOL. Service was good, while we were having lunch in a relatively empty room there was a constant in and out for to-go orders. No I mean constant. Never been here in the evening but I noticed they have a stage for what looks like a karaoke or music night. Everything we had was wonderful. The pictures I'm attaching will attest to the fact that each plate was beautifully laid out. I can't talk nice enough about this place. The only negative I have is that it's not closer to me LOL

Really good, unique food. While the portions are a bit small, they taste amazing. I also got plenty on my $12 plate. The meat was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I didn't realize stir fry veggies would be mostly cabbage but it was still good. I noticed on a sign they have karaoke with byob on Fridays which looks fun. Recommend giving it a try!

Amazing! The Chicken Adobo was perfectly tender with a rich, savory sauce, and the Lumpia was crispy and delicious. A fantastic combination of flavors—definitely a must-try!

For the moment, this is mine & my son's newest favorite place to dine. We've tried the buffet a few times & eaten from the menu. Staff is super friendly & helpful with suggestions & even remembering my Fresca on my visits. Definitely a must try for a laid-back dining experience. When eating off the menu, food is prepared fresh, so give them some grace & be patient. The pancit from the menu wasn't my favorite. It tasted much better on my buffet visits. The buko pandan dessert is delightfully different & unexpected if you've never had it. The music playing will have you tapping your toes & bopping in your seat while singing to the beat. Fridays are for karaoke & was very entertaining as well. Bring your appetite & kain-na!
