This is truly a hidden gem, hole in the wall type place. We stayed at a hotel nearby & we were craving Chinese food. They literally make everything FRESH! The food was delicious! We had them both nights for dinner after being out and about all day in manhattan. The small wonton soup came with 4 huge wontons. The twice cooked pork was delicious and tender. The beef broccoli was great. The general tso’s and orange chicken was good too. Great good, friendly and fast service. You can beat their prices either. I can’t get good Chinese food like this back at home. 10 out of 10!
The food is amazing! 👍 I use to order from happy town , but they continue to mess up on my order or the food felt like it wasn’t fresh, now I tried this new place and let me tell you amazing the baby fried shrimp with the tarter sauce and just the food in general amazing thank you for the good food….
Clean food, good portion sizes, not greasy like other spots. Came in and ordered right at the window, circling the items I wanted on the menu with a pen, just to be safe (I wanted to take a menu to go anyway). Food was ready in 10 minutes! General tso's was good for me but my wife prefers it to be a little more Americanized (lighter in color, a little sweeter or saucier, maybe). Boneless spare ribs were good, well cooked but still tender. Singaporean Chow Mai Fun is always a hit IMO but this place ramps the curry seasoning up to 11. Very flavorful and they used plump, peeled, deveined shrimp so no funky flavors like some other places.
The beef broccoli from this place is so good you honestly have to try it. Its seasoned well, and even my picky kid loves their broccoli because of the sauce. The employees there are always kind and make you feel welcome. Pictures below are from takeout and the food was still fresh! This place NEVER disappoints me.
Their food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable. I particularly love their curry chicken! So delicious!
