This yummy spot is part of an Asian food hall. Multiple vendors putting out some delish fresh food. Had a Young Fried Rice and it’s was flavorful, not greasy or salty, just perfect. The turnip cake was crispy outside and soft inside, very tasty. The sesame balls were fried and filled with red bean perfectly. Service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend.
Oh my goodness, this place is amazing; crowded but amazing. I had to find a parking spot across the street. After making my way across the street I entered a very busy market. The smell was wonderful. Ordered 2lbs of crispy pork to go. My ordered was filled fast and the checkout was easy. My food was handed to me hot. The pork melted in my mouth; it was heavily. I will be a regular customer!
Luckily, there was a minimal line when I arrived for lunch. Food came out quickly and looked as advertised. The skin on the chicken was soft, and the bone-in cuts were a bit difficult to navigate with chop sticks, but I managed and enjoyed it. The char sui also tasted as expected. Both dishes were pretty good portion sizes. The line an hour later was long and parking somehow more awful. But the little indoor shopping area is pretty cute. I wish there was more seating or at least chairs available, though.
Kai Kai BBQ & Dumplings is a hidden gem in Orlando! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The dumplings are handmade, with perfectly chewy wrappers and delicious fillings—I highly recommend the pan-fried pork dumplings. Their roast duck and BBQ pork are also top-notch, juicy, and full of rich, smoky flavor. The service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or taking food to go, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone who loves high-quality Chinese BBQ and dumplings. Definitely a must-visit for food lovers in Orlando!
Delicious Chinese bbq inside the Mills Market. I love their duck, char siu pork, and crispy pork. Today my friend and I got the beef chow fun, pork & shrimp shumai, and char siu pork rice box. They call out your number near the register so don’t wander too far away. The bbq and shumai were ready fairly quickly despite the long line, but my order of beef chow fun noodles was pan fried to order, so the wait was long. Visited around 3pm on a Saturday, which was very busy. Be prepared. There are tables inside, but designed for quick eats and limited chairs. Have someone save seats while another gets in line to order. This bbq and other Asian food offerings at the Mills Market are an excellent taste of Orlando’s food scene and is a must visit!
