The available customer reviews for Judy's Kitchen present a mixed picture of the dining experience. One recent review expressed significant dissatisfaction with the food quality. The customer reported that several dishes they ordered, including pork, duck, and cha shao noodle, were excessively salty. They described the noodle as "unbearably salty" and the spicy duck as "so salty!" This negative experience led them to consume a large amount of water throughout the day. Additionally, they found the BBQ pork to be "so dry." This reviewer stated they would not return to Judy's Kitchen due to this experience and suggested a decline in the restaurant's food quality compared to the past.

In contrast, another customer shared a very positive experience specifically with the wonton soup. The food is too salty! We ordered pork, duck, and cha shao noodle. This place used to be good. However, today’s food is so salty! The noodle is unbearably salty. The spicy duck too! So salty! We have been drinking so much water for the rest of the day. Also, the bbq pork is just so dry! We will not go again.

I was surprised to find food like this in a mall! The ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and cooked the dishes right when I ordered! It was fresh and homemade. I liked the mixed vegetable and mushrooms and my coworker enjoyed her Taiwanese chicken and bubble tea! Large portions and low prices. Try this place for amazing Taiwanese Chinese food!

I really hate to leave only a 2 star review right now, as I have ordered from this restaurant many times before. The flavors are phenomenal. Roast pork is done just right for everything, especially with the fried rice, the roast pork over white rice, the roast pork noodle soup, etc. Management/kitchen staff, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find out what happened with your orders today (2/16/2023) around 3pm or so. All three of my orders (fried rice w/ roast pork, vegetable noodle soup, and roast pork noodle soup) had shards of broken plastic present. I ended up throwing the food out. At first, I thought one of the plastic shards was just a shrimp shell accidentally mixed in. Unfortunately, they were sharp pieces of broken plastic. It would be understandable if it happened by accident in one dish (accidents happen), but the shards were present in all three dishes. The pieces were sharp and small enough to get lodged in someone's throat and do some damage. What happened??? If anyone else had this happen to them today, please let the store know. I do want them to continue with their success, but what happened was dangerous.

I always say I'm going to try something else but I also come back to the mapo tofu and winter melon boba tea. They are just so good and it's quite filling.
