JP Nori Sushi & Asian Cuisine

I had a rainbow nurotu roll and seaweed salad. Delicious. I would come back here again. Had to take it togo. But it was worth the trip. The fish was fresh and delicious.

I cannot overstate how high the quality of this restaurant is. I come in every Saturday for their lunch special, which is an excellent value, and the staff I always speak with at the sushi bar (Mae Ling and Justin) are kind, hardworking, and very talented. This restaurant is THE hidden gem of Denver, and in my opinion they serve the best sushi in the city. It’s the first place I had real, actual wasabi while living in Colorado, so if nothing else sells you then it is worth coming in just for that experience. To top it all off, It has an extremely comfortable atmosphere with tasteful decor. I will continue to be a regular here as long as I am around!

I placed an online order for myself and other family members for take out. I made special note on my order of which entrees should be prepared away from gluten, whenever possible, as I have celiac. They absolutely went above and beyond in making sure that my food would not be contaminated. They called me to confirm which items should be gluten free, just to be sure they had all the right info. I was happy to confirm that info for them. Upon arrival to pick up the food they apologized for the short delay in preparation, but explained that they had changed out cutting boards and other equipment to prepare my food, so it took a bit longer. I was so pleased with their dedication to providing me with a safe meal. And also, the food was absolutely delicious - we really enjoyed everything!

Got a gift card here for Christmas. Wasn’t sure what to expect seeing the location, but it was surprisingly amazing!! The salmon and yellowtail was very very fresh. Perfect texture and taste. The portions for the sesame chicken and noodles was very generous and felt worth the price. The staff was lovely. I wouldn’t order the fatty tuna again but it could’ve just been an off night or a later delivery. Would recommend and will come again. Thank you!
