the service was out of this world the worse service i had. our waiter was on their phone watching tiktoks on full volume infront of guests and eating infront of us ontop of that. not only that the noodles tasted like they were cooked in old water and there was something off. i decided to not tip and the waiter confronts me on why i didn’t tip, clearly he didn’t deserve one, yet he argues with me saying it’s an excuse. never coming again and neither should you

The food was amazing. I got the stone bowl pork and shrimp fried rice with egg and it gave me all kinds of good mouth feels. It was delicious! Their boba is also to die for. If you go, make sure to get some of their boba. Their service was also great. The staff was attentive and nice. The area around it seemed a little desolate, but it was a great experience inside. It is a little bit on the pricey side, with around 18 dollars for my fried rice, but the portion was huge, and the stone bowl it was served in was still hot when I got it. A good restaurant if you have a little bit of extra money to spend

”I came to this location one time but it was decent food. The boba tea was tasty and pudding was fresh. I ordered bulgogi with rice and chicken/shrimp with rice in pineapple. Portions were sufficient for two people sharing. Service was good, they got our food out fast. Prices are good with some increases due to covid - supply and demand. Adequate parking. It was easy to find a table to sit down and eat. The menu has a vast amount of different dishes separated by sections.

First of all just have to say that the menu has some of the most selections available for an Asian restaurant that I have seen. Just the boba selection alone is 50, maybe 100 choices. Lots of appetizers, lots of entrees, and there are pictures of many of the dishes included as well to make your choice easier when you can’t visualize the dishes. Servers are friendly, prices aren’t outrageous, and the portions are more than enough. Definitely go with a big group or expect to bring back some yummy leftovers. Either way you won’t go wrong!

Read the reviews before going. The girl at the front was rude, but that doesn't change the fact that the job was still done; taking my order and producing great food. My review is not necessarily based off someones bad day only. My first time there and I will be going back. Yes and yes. WOW!!! I actually went here to Joy Yee on accident. I thought I was going to, what I know now to be, Joy Yee Plus in Chicago Chinatown. I saw I was in the neighborhood of my own house haha. So I went to the wrong location (Naperville) ; glad I did. Ordered 4 items: 1. Lemon grass chicken and garlic noodles. (Bursting with flavor and fresh taste). 2. Eel (My favorite absolutely) 3. Fried Garlic and jumbo shrimp fried rice!!! (Wow) 4. Szechuan green beans. (You have 3 different option tastes for your green beans). My family and I loved this food. The quality of ingredients comes out in the taste of the food, the presentation of the food, in each individual containers and the overall packaging of my meal to go. I made sure all was in tact and there when I got to the car, before driving off. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines. A nice large menu for a taste of Asia. I also order brown sugar boba, my favorite boba, but it was nothing to go back and get again. In addition, there were NO roaches in my boba, as i read in a few reviews also. That's alright with me baby, I'll stick the food here and leave my boba for Palgong Tea in Glenview and Tsaocca in Chinatown!!! 5 stars for now. Rather there is consistency in the future...we'll see.
