JINYA Ramen Bar - Murray

This is a great little ramen bar. We were seated immediately. The waitress was lovely and very knowledgeable. We all had ramen bowls FULL of noodles and flavor. My husband and son also split an order of tako yaki, (octopus), which they enjoyed. Fun, fast and filling!

I’ve been here several times and have never left dissatisfied. The ramen, rice bowls, chicken, small plates, and the chillers are all worth a visit. Great atmosphere, bar-style seating and open tables in a smaller dining area make it feel quaint. Always great staff. 5 stars for Levi.

First time trying this ramen place. Great service & friendly servers . The restaurant is a little small and can get very busy in the evening , but overall I enjoyed their food . My friends and I ordered chicken ramen, pork goyza, spicy tuna tacos , crispy chicken and Premium Tonkotsu Red . The crispy chicken was juicy , crispy & fried fresh . Loved it . My chicken ramen was delicious. The broth was tasty and they had spinach in it which is a plus for me. The Premium Tonkotsu Red was just as good , if you like a little more spice in your ramen. Spicy tacos were yummy too . Crispy and has the perfect flavoring to it . The tuna was fresh . The pork Goyzas were yummy too . Fried perfectly and very delicious. I’ll definitely be back . Perfect for dinner after a long hard day from work . Ramen soup is very comforting & will take all of your worries away . I promise you , you will leave happy & full .

The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always eager to share recommendations and ensure everything was perfect. But the real star of the show? The ramen. Every bowl is a masterpiece. The rich, flavorful broth is simmered to perfection, and the noodles have just the right amount of bite. I tried the Tonkotsu Red, and it was absolutely divine—savory, bold, and full of depth. The toppings are fresh and perfectly balanced, elevating each bite. Their small plates and appetizers are just as impressive. The crispy Brussels Sprouts Tempura and Spicy Tuna Tacos were absolute standouts—creative, flavorful, and so satisfying. JINYA’s commitment to quality and authenticity truly shines. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or just looking for a fantastic meal, this place delivers in every way. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their incredible offerings. Highly recommend!

Salty ramen, salty service. Felt like a wannabe New York spot — overpriced, unfriendly, and charging extra for every little thing (yes, even green onions and spice level). Ramen was decent but salty and small. Not worth it unless you’re craving attitude with your noodles.
