About JIN JIN Korean Chinese Cuisine

JIN JIN Korean Chinese Cuisine, located at 5115 Spring Mountain Rd #203 in Las Vegas, offers a distinctive dining experience by combining the popular flavors of Korean and Chinese cuisines. As a Chinese Restaurant with a Korean twist, it presents a menu with dishes that cater to fans of both culinary traditions.

Based on customer reviews, JIN JIN serves solid Korean Chinese cuisine. A standout dish that receives high praise is the chili shrimp, described as the "star of the evening." Customers rave about its perfect crispiness, hot and fresh preparation, tender shrimp inside, and spot-on seasoning, emphatically recommending it.

Other notable dishes include the jjajangmyun (black bean noodles) and jjambong (spicy seafood noodles), which are considered solid choices. For those who prefer milder spice levels, the jjambong is noted for not being overly spicy. On the other hand, the yangjangpi (cold jellyfish salad) is considered average and might be a dish to skip.

The black bean noodle dish, in both its regular and spicy versions, is highlighted as a "killer" option. The fried chicken, full of garlic and chilies, is also considered good, although the black bean noodles are identified as the star. The pot stickers, however, did not leave a strong impression and are suggested as a dish one could pass on.

The restaurant is situated on the second floor of the plaza, and accessibility is convenient with both stairs and a central elevator available for customers.

In summary, JIN JIN Korean Chinese Cuisine offers a compelling fusion of Korean and Chinese flavors, with the chili shrimp and black bean noodles being highly recommended dishes. Located on the second floor of its plaza location on Spring Mountain Road, it provides an accessible and potentially delicious dining option for local users seeking this unique culinary combination.

Solid Korean Chinese cuisine. Recommend: chili shrimp 1000%. That was the star of the evening: perfectly crispy, hot and fresh, tender shrimp inside, spot on seasoning. Get it! Yangjangpi was just average so that’s a skip here. Jjajangmyun and jjambong are solid with the jjambong not being too spicy which was perfect for me. Located on second floor of the plaza, there are both stairs and a central elevator to access.

The black bean noodle dish was sooo killer, the spicy version too. The fried chicken was good too and full of garlic and chilies but the star was definitely the black bean. The pot stickers could have passed on

First time trying a Black Bean Noodles. It's pretty good. Had their sweet and sour pork (with sauce on the side) and deep fried chinese buns. Everything was good. The sweet and sour pork wasn’t oily. Service was excellent as well. I'd come back here. The restaurant is on the second floor in a little plaza. At around noon, we were able to find parking but it was getting full.

The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor by a stairway. Worth getting -- $10.99 Jjajangmyeon (blean bean sauce noodles) was great! I haven't had this in so long. I usually like the Korean Northern Chinese version too but never thought I'd ever taste it like this again! Heavy! I didn't use the condiment sauce (super salty) as the original sauce was enough. Its a dish I gave up on, unless the restaurant looks like they also have a lot of other great Northern Chinese Korean type dishes. My visit this time was an extremely rare occasion where I just wanted Jjajangmyeon. This is a dish I rarely would get because #1. It's very carb heavy, and #2. Many places usually make it either too watery, too salty (Chinese version), too sweet (Korean version), or bad quality so I just get sick from it. I'm sensitive. Maybe interested in trying their chicken dishes in the future. But this place seems very starchy carbo load of food which is too heavy for me. I'll have to wait for a moment I'm feeling for heavy dishes.

Food was great. The only reason why i would give it a one-star-review is because I could tell that one of the servers (Korean herself it seemed) was discriminatory against Korean tourists compared to Koreans living there.
