Had the most amazing experience here! Was hosted for an event, and the food was top tier. This is the best elevated Chinese food I’ve ever had. They have unique dishes such as blueberry general tso’s! You can tell they use top quality ingredients as well. Service was fantastic, and the decor and ambiance is elevated and beautiful. Highly recommend- I think this is the best Chinese cuisine in Chinatown/philly! They serve alcohol as well!

The food is delicious and portions are big. Please note that their dishes are generously portioned. We recommend inquiring about serving sizes before placing your order, unless you are dining with a large group.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the interior design—it’s beautiful and photo-worthy. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. The flavors were bland, almost like water mixed with oil. The mushroom soup was especially disappointing, tasting more like plain water, and they didn’t even provide a small bowl to serve it at first. The mixed meat broth felt like a bowl of spicy oil with little substance, and the pork lacked seasoning—just a bit of spice with some cucumber on the side. The service was also very slow. They didn’t refill my water unless I asked, and when I requested the check, it took around 15 minutes to arrive. If you’re looking for a place to take nice pictures, this spot is great. But if you care about food and service, I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

JiangNan in Philadelphia is an absolute gem! As someone from the UK, I can’t recommend it enough. The food is always fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The service is top-notch—one of the few places in the U.S. where I actually leave a tip because it’s that good. My girlfriend and I have made it a tradition to dine here before I leave Philly, ensuring I always go home on a high note. A must-visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Impeccable across the board with service and the meal. We’ve had Peking duck from several places so we were so eager to try this method with the thin pancake and all of the toppings including pineapples which added such a unique flavor that compliments the duck. The delicate soft tofu fried and topped with truffle salt was also amazing. Crispy lemon beef was good but on the dry side. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.
