I had an extremely bad experience at this restaurant today. One of the staff members, a woman with small eyes (I don’t know her name), had an unbelievably rude attitude. It was like she couldn’t hear anyone speaking—she completely ignored people and only responded after being asked multiple times, and even then, she was visibly impatient,incredibly disrespectful. The food was ok,but with staff like this, I will never come back.

First time ordered food from here. Worst delivery service and food quality.I found a staple while eating. They charged me for delivery fee and the delivery guy asked for more tips. He said he wouldn't deliver if i pay the same amount again. I only ordered $9.75, he got $2.25 tips. I called the restaurant, they said i suppose to give him two to three dollars plus the delivery fee, and about the staple, They said it never happened in the restaurant.

$8 for four choices with rice, $8.50 for five choices without rice. It's clean better quality than some other buffer style restaurants. Near the bus that runs on 49/50, and the D train.

I got the $8 plate with 4 sides and white rice and a can of coke. First off Bamboo doesn’t taste like anything. I got food poisoning from here. Sesame chicken mediocre not the best thing you have ever ate. It’s alright but it’s not like the best thing you can eat.

I will give one star if it wasn’t for my childhood favorite restaurant, first of all the price went up like crazy, and it doesn’t taste as good as before, The fact that I found a bug in on a I don’t know what that is just disgusting, I didn’t even order crab, I used to love this restaurants so disappointing
