The pulled noodles were fresh and had a great texture. I ordered the Xiao Long Bao, but unfortunately, the soup was missing due to overcooking. I also tried the C12, but the soup was too salty, making it difficult to finish. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m considering coming back to try other flavors and see if they’re better balanced.

Holy cow. I have had so much ramen all around the world - you will cry if you knew how much. I know my noodles and broth. I ordered the Beef Brisket with broth and noodles and it was fire! The broth was so clean tasting with only a mild amount of it being oily. The flavor was so rich and packed. I feel so clean after eating that bowl. The noodles here are absolutely ridiculous. So flavorful and stretchy and delicious. I will definitely be back here and am so happy I found this place. The price point and portions are extremely fair for the quality. It’s inexpensive. Kudos to the chefs!

A lot of potential… more attention to flavor and freshness needed. - Soup dumplings 2/5. Tasted very dry and tough to eat. Minimal soup with each bite. - Shrimp dumpling 3/5. Didn’t taste as fresh, tough to eat. - Beef Noodle 4/5. Noodles were amazing, broth was more on the bland side. Beef portion very skimpy. Could include more veggies. - Dan Dan Noodles 3/5. Asked for spicy, but came out more mild. Was surprised at the amount of soup it came with as I’m more used to the more dry version. Overall, could use more flavor.

Lack Luster performance and taste. Small space, decent prices and inefficient management of operations. The hype was not worth the wait. Waited 30min with no menus just a cup of water. Dishes were honestly, real basic. Dumplings were bland, stir fry noodles dried out. Location was crazy busy and the amount of customers over powered their small operation. 1 server for at least 15-20 tables and 1 bus. This caused a break down in customer service and possibly the quality of food. Tables full, people waiting just as long as us, line out the door while also pumping out to go orders. Strategies: Shut down online/to go orders and concentrate on those who showed up to experience your location in person Limit inside seating so tables can receive proper service Up your staff to deal with the increase social media attention yall just received. These simple fixes will reduce kitchen breakdown.

This is a must try spot! I had the vegetarian noodle soup crab ragoon and the cold mung bean noodles. The casing on the crab ragoon was a bit different than expected and kinda had a faint taste of oil, but the filling was creamy and fresh. The soup was very flavorful, and the noodles were made to order chewy and filling. The service was pretty average, not bad, but not great either. I'll definitely be back for more.
