Ji Bei Chuan

This is our go to spot to dine in! The food is delicious every time we come! We always get the spicy garlic cucumber, pan fried dumplings, TFC, fried calamari, crystal shrimp dumplings & the Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) to start off! All of these appetizers are so flavorful, we just can’t get enough! The thai tea boba is a must try as well! Then we get the House of Pho with fish maw!! It is immaculate. The best pho in CT so far! Don’t forget to end the meal with their fried mochi balls topped with soybean flour & brown sugar syrup. It’s to die for! The portions are really great and you will leave feeling full and happy! They all are super nice & welcoming. It’s a cozy environment. Perfect for date night!

Mala beef brisket spicy Ramen is spicy. Not for the faint of heart. Great for those looking for authentic Asian spiciness. Good wonton ramen soup. Their Taiwanese popcorn fried chicken is popular. Needs a little sauce on the side or more saltiness. Also had their shrimp dumplings and sautéed bokchoy.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was so delicious and very good portions for the price. All the ingredients were very fresh and even the boba drinks were amazing! Definitely a hidden gem in the area definitely check them out! The customer service was also above and beyond they treated our party of 5 so well and served us efficiently

Food and service was excellent. Tried the spicy (medium) mala soup rice noddles with beef brisket and pan fried dumplings. Very flavorful, silky noodles, good ingredients and seasoned right.

A lil minimalist on the outside... the place is nicely decorated n well lit feelin modern and clean. The service was on point n our waitress checked in on us a bunch. The menu is not just boring basix. They have options for vegetarians/n allergy prone (shellfish here 👋) I was crazy impressed and the have soooo many apps to kick things off with! As for the food.... the pork dumplings were bangers with such a nice scallions n deep roast pork flavor. We got Tonkatsu Ramen and Spicy Brisket Mala Holy 🤬 was this fire! And I mean a literal bowl of fire that spicy mala was no joke! But man was the flavor so insanely good I suffered thru the heat just to have the cilantro brisket magic bless my taste buds The ramen was rich and velvety w/o that funk you can get from the fermented bamboo (menma) cuz they don't have any! (Joy!) Noodz in both dish were spot in al dente and fresh. Then complimentary fried mochi balls to close out a great lunch! What a gem!
