Jade Ly Asian Bistro

I’ve never had a bad experience at jade ly, the staff is always incredibly helpful and keeps the place as clean as they can, they work hard to provide incredible food and have always had delivered on that front. Just today my little sister spilled a bit of boiling hot soup on herself and the worker rushed to bring wet tissues and cloth to help us out. Definitely go here !

Amazing food and service! The serving size is huge! Cashew chicken and the hot & sour soup is a must try!

If I could give this a zero star I would. I have ordered multiple times through doordash but this last time it was terrible. Both meals were SO SPICEY that they we were not eatable. Nothing was noted as having any spice. One was general Tso chicken! Once called they wouldn't give me a refund just a small credit. Terrible customer service. Terrible food will not order again. Buyer Beware!!

Excellent food! We ordered 4 different dishes and all of them were above par. The only thing which needs to be improved is portion of rice -

The best way to enjoy this food is to pickup and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. After reading tons of reviews about the lack of “ambiance”, I can’t help that people do not get that this is a little hole in the wall restaurant, not Aling’s with ambiance but where some of the dishes are so so and overpriced. You do not go here with a large family thinking their service (very rushed and scattered) is going to impress you, just for good solid (apparently halal) Chinese food which even some Chinese reviewers have said is authentic to them. Being tall I noticed though that I would never sit at a table near their Soda refrigerator by checkout counter which has not been dusted from above since probably 2019. Surprised they don’t give their restaurant a good cleaning weekly.
