Jade Garden Restaurant

This is our go to Chinese food place here in Nampa. We tried the others when we moved out to the area and none are as good as Jade. We get the combo dinners that come with meat, rice, chowmein and egg roll or fried shrimp. Generous portions, they have a soft noodle chowmein that is delicious, fried rice is one of the best I've had. Even my semi picky kids really like it.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! First I made a door dash order. I ONLY ordered the egg flower soup. It took them over an hour to get my order to the door dasher. The dasher even took the time to send me a message stating it was taking a while for them to prepare my food. She messaged me as soon as she took possession of the food and let me know she was on her way. Finally my food got to me. I sit down and start eating it and that is when I realize there is MUSHROOMS in this soup. I’m severely allergic to mushrooms. Never in my life have I ever been to a restaurant that adds mushroom to the egg soup and it was not listed as in the soup when I made the order. I am now sitting in the er while I type this message thanks to the emts who got here promptly. I have tried calling SEVERAL times to inform the restaurant of this and the phone appears to be off the hook or busy as that is all I get.

You have to keep asking to get fresh food out!! Never go when they are within 2 hours of closing, no fresh food at all ! We came in at 8pm asked if buffet was still going lady said yes within 20min here waitress told me we had 5 min to get food.

they had roaches there i WISH I could attach the photos I took there. the food was HORIBLE. I would not eat here again even if you payed me. I threw up out side after I found that nasty thing. they are even lucky we payed. I don't recommend coming here. I felt sick the day after and could not eat!!!

This is my favorite place to eat. The staff is amazing. They’re so sweet. And the food is always the delightful. I love the bbq pork buns. They’re delicious.
