Jade Chinese Buffet

There was no ac in the building, the wings was so old they was stuck to the pan... tvs off, dark inside annnddd the staff was non existent until they was rude. The food was burnt and old and THE ONLY REASON I STAYED WAS BECAUSE THEY CHARGE YOU BEFORE YOU EVEN ENTER INTO THE BUFFET/Dining area. Trash cans in the middle of the floor and there is no wait staff you have to walk to them to ask for assistance. The lady serving the drinks handed me a cup with black stuff in it and when I told her she got made and snatched the cup up... I will never be back. My daughter really wanted to have a cool outing and this was a good lesson to be patient cause everything that accessible don't mean it's good.

The positives... Lots of parking, lots of seating. Food was flavorful and mostly fresh at 2:30pm. The negatives... Pretty dirty in general. The Washroom could have used a scrub. The two big garbage cans in the middle of the dining area were a little weird, but the reason for that is: No waitresses, just one lady behind an old covid plastic curtain where you have to get your own drink. If we didn't get up to ask where our beverages were, we probably wouldn't have known it's to serve yourself drinks from the lunch lady. She didn't move from behind there the whole time, so that would explain some tables uncleaned. Although this may seem like a negative review, it's not. If you are going here to destroy a buffet on the cheap, have at it. If you're hoping for a 5-star experience, you prob shouldn't be in this part of town where we found ourselves hungry after going to a pick n pull for car parts. Ya get what you pay for, and for $13 bucks a meal, here we are, and there we went. A clean restaurant would have gone a long way...

This place is Nasty as far as I can tell. Just up front the lady serving the drinks while she is eating and didn't wash her hands before touching my cup and filling it. Next the salt and pepper shakers looks like they haven't been cleaned in over a month. Buffet serving spoons and tongs are dirty on the inside parts and old. Lady splitting the green beans without gloves on. I can just imagine what goes on the inside of the kitchen. I grossed out and have to leave. The lady is always eating and serving the drinks every time I come. No hand washing at all. The City of Dallas really needs to check this place out. I used to love this place but the food has changed. We come every week. I hope the owner reads this post. For one I am a GM of a large food franchise and what I see and taste from this restaurant I would never allow at my restaurant. Another is that my husband is a food critic. For me to return to this restaurant I would have to see a big change in the food. The lettuce needs to be washed the potatoes also. The shrimp and chicken needs to be fully cooked (fried shrimp preferably) saltine crackers.And as GM I make a daily plan for the production of food made each day to know exactly how much needs to be made so that NO food is left over because you can't say that the opening food that is served is fresh,. I can tell just by looking at it that it's not (time temp control and food contamination). Myself as GM tell all my employees that if you won't eat it yourself don't feed it to others. All that I serve is fresh and all leftovers are thrown in the TRASH. I would never serve left overs and unwashed food to anyone.

This Place Has Bad Lightning. Barely any people. My Son Found A Roach leg In His Food!!!, this Place is not sanitary. The Sweet and sour sauce tasted very bad(unless that was just me) saw a man scratching his part then touching the food without gloves!!! This Place Uses Plastic Plates instead of Glass Plates, one of my plates broke and the food fell on me!!!!!!! A stench of weed!!There was waste smudge on the bathroom walls!! And more……..

The person that’s at the door that takes your money is very disrespectful. He throws your change at you like you are trash. He act as if he doesn’t understand you. The food is terrible and the employees watch you like you are going to steal something
