Jack in the Box

Service was excellent. The atmosphere was pretty annoying because the music playing sounded like blown speakers. It would have been better if they just turned it off. I have never had Jack in the Box but I really liked their burgers.

Y’all need to close this franchise down and open up something with better quality and better service. Hours of service are efficient for early workers in the morning. Coming in today and no one‘s even working. I didn’t even like anybody was on property.

For the 4th time in a row, I had come to come back to this location to get my order fixed. I work near here and its one my only options, so having to come back on my lunch to get my correct order is really not ideal. The older man working the register always wants to argue that the order is correct. Today I order 2 grilled wraps. They always get this wrong so I emphasized that these are grilled wraps. He confirmed and still rang them up wrong. He rang them up as crispy and told me I was wrong he was right. This needs be fixed.

everyday its a hastle trying to just order always full of workers yet no type of urgency to get things out quickly considering there in a industrial area knowing people only have so long for lunch and they continue to drag there feet working a frier is not that hard ive done it they just simply need to do better

Don't order here at night. Night shift guy was a short bald guy who was rude. Food was completely disgusting. So much mayo and ketchup was used , that the paper the burger was wrapped in was ripping. The fries were so salty my damn dog wouldn't even eat them . The bread on the burger itself was hard and tasted old as hell. Won't be eating jack in the box for the next year because of this. I knew I shouldn't have stopped to eat here smh always go with your first mind.
